WATERFRONT! Gated community! Direct Water Access! Float from the House! Spacious 4bed/3 bath with a large deck.
Located on the Guadalupe River, 20 minutes from downtown New Braunfels on River Road between the second and third crossings. Enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 100-plus feet of DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out your front door! Tube rental and shuttle service are provided next door. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river, and be returned to the property. This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also, if you enjoy live music, the property is a short drive to River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall. If you are a lover of antiques, the home is 10 minutes from the town of Gruene, which provides antique shops as well as many unique shops where artisans sell their wares. The home is also close to great BBQ, as well as several outlet malls. If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park, is located in New Braunfels.
