Great stay in South Beach!

Amazing apartment with great amenities with the hotel next door. John was quick to answer any questions. When I asked if there was a blender his response was that He would order one and be delivered in a few days. Room is exactly like the pictures with two twin beds I’m one room and a king I’m the other. Laundry is down the hall. Balcony with beach views and city views to watch the sunset. Loved my time there, I would definitely book this room again!

Excellent location & condo

The location is great and being in a condo (over a hotel) has lots of advantages. There are many amenities for residents, the pool is huge and never crowded. You are treated like a guest of the 1 Hotel (discounts in restaurants and for beach services). The neighborhood offers lots of conveniences (rental cars, drug stores) nearby. We used online grocery services which delivered (instacart) and never needed a car. Property management was terrific, staff was always pleasant and helpful. The owner was very responsive, and the unit is in good condition. Soundproofing is great, with the doors and windows closed, we did not hear the street noise. There was a major upgrade of the public areas occurring when we were there, just a minor inconvenience. It will will enhance the complex. Overall a positive experience.

Wonderful Stay in South Beach

My husband and I spent 2 months at John's apartment. The location and spaciousness of the unit was great. John was a very responsive host and took care of any issue that came up - would highly recommend - Thank you!

Enjoyable and great location

I visited mid-February to mid-March. This is a great condo in a well managed community with excellent staff. Enjoyed it very much. Timing was perfect as it was right before COVID 19. Be safe!

Beautiful Apartment, Presented with Love, Great Location.

This is a beautiful apartment in a modernised complex, with security and parking. The apartment is furnished with love and has wonderful beach views. Access to the adjacent hotel complex is a bonus, with easy beach access also. A short walk to Lincoln Mall, the apartment is well positioned - quiet and private, away from the noise of the central entertainment district, however close enough to enjoy a walk there and back. We look forward to our next stay.
