Front and back yard were recently redone, and the patio and pool are great!

The owner was easy to deal with. The house was clean and was exactly what we were told. Close to El Paseo and great shopping and dining.

Clean cozy house with great pool

Max, the property owner was very efficient in getting back to us with any questions we had regarding our stay. The property was clean and tidy and the outdoor pool was great! Our family of 5 stayed here the first week of April and our 3 teenage boys, as well as us loved the pool! We had it heated and would definitely recommend that as it was so nice to swim in even with the hot temperatures! Close to shopping and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property!

A perfect vacation home away from home w/a great host!

We loved the location! Max was very attentive and on top of things if we had any questions. He also shared a list w/tips & nearby stores and restaurants that was very helpful. His home is very well equipped for cooking or B.B.Q if your going to be pool lounging. Also a $15-$30 Lyft ride to and from Polo Fields (Coachella Music Festival). All in all. We were very happy with the home and Location! The host was very attentive and always got back to us within a few minutes via email or text. I will definently be back! Thank again Max for letting us stay and enjoy your home!

Casa Beanito delivers!

We loved our stay here. Owner was super helpful before, during and after our arrival. Would definitely rent from him again. The location of the house is in a prime spot in Palm Desert. A couple blocks from amazing shopping and food and a short walk to Starbucks in the morning! The pool was great, even at the end of summer when it is still hot, the water was a perfect temperature for cooling off. Amenities were exactly as stated and house was very charming and homey. Thanks for helping make our stay in Palm Desert awesome!

Super Comfortable & Convenient

We spent a very relaxing week at Casa Beanito in November. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the hot tub. El Paseo is a short walk, with all its great restaurants and shops. Every good restaurant and store you could possibly need are a short drive away - no freeway driving!

Casa Beanito

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Beanito! The house has a lot of character and looks and feels like a well-loved home. It was very comfortable for the adults, children and dogs. The amenities were exactly as described and very accessible and easy to utilize. The property owner was helpful and available via e-mail at all times. I have already recommended this rental to family and friends. For a family with children and pets I would also recommend the Children's museum, a multitude of dog-friendly parks and trails and the Living Desert (in particular the holiday lights event). We were also happy to find nearby a 'health food' store (on 111), a great italian restaurant (...Cuccina on 111) and a wonderful vegan restaurant on El Paseo (Native Foods)!

We are a family of four... 2 kids, so the house is kid friendly. We have a master bedroom, a "kids room" and an "in-law" room. We hope you'll love our house as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love this house. It is an older house that has been lovingly cared for. We took over and have continued the tradition... and updated the pool, hot tub, yard, house, etc.
It's not for everyone... About once every few years, someone makes it abundantly clear that they hate it (recently someone said they would sooner drive back to Minneapolis - in the Winter! - than stay at our house). . If you think you could find yourself saying this about someone's house, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want the latest and greatest of everything, it may not be for you. But we have good internet, TVs, streaming music, etc. the pictures tell the story. Reach out with questions.
