Had a terrific time! Close to attractions, steps from the ocean, ocean view from hot tub, kitchen large enough for simple meals while enjoying view. No toaster. Would definitely stay here again.
The view from the property is awesome. Sunsets are spectacular and viewable right from the dining table. The bed and furniture is very comfortable. The whole unit is clean and fairly well maintained for an older building. While we did not use the hot tub, other guests did and it looked very nice. The overall process of reserving, follow up information and access is excellent.
Easy entry, on-site parking, ocean view from the hot tub. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Long walks on the beach, seals, agates…. Highly recommend.
This was our first time on the Oregon Coast. The place is conveniently located next to a beach access point. It has great views. It was a perfect place to stay while exploring the beach and all the other attractions of the central Oregon Coast.

Wonderful
The place was very nice, clean, comfortable, big window in front of the ocean and a close walk to the beach. Our dog Lucy loved it as well. The only thing that was not comfortable was the bed. But, other than that it we had a delightful time, went down on the beach several times with our dog, and the sitting in the drive was good for my husband who does not get around very well.

We are sorry about the uncomfortable bed. We take pride in making sure our guests get great nights sleep on comfy beds. When checking the bed, we found a loose bed-frame and broken foundation. The bed frame is fixed and there is a brand new foundation! The bed is back to being comfortable again. Also, Sail On Suite 1 also our only pet- suite.
This place felt like crashing at Granny’s, but without the awkward “why aren’t you married yet?” conversation. The place was clean, the view spectacular, and the furniture just dinged up enough that you aren’t afraid to make yourself at home. I loved the antique armoire in the bedroom and that I could throw the windows open and let in the ocean air.
Lots of steps up to the door, which might make it hard for some people but was fine for me.
The contactless check in was amazing. And when I had a question about check out the host got back to me quickly.
10/10 would stay again.
Access to the beach was great. There was always a parking spot. Owners were easy to get a hold of and had a number of things available upon request in the garage. The fireplace made it really cozy.
Everything was great except access to the hot tub being restricted during the pandemic. Not their fault but it was the biggest contributing factor for us choosing this location. We confirmed that it would be accessable and then a week before our visit the laws changed. Again, not their fault but disappointing.

Great location and view
The stairs to get to the room were a surprise. A bit much for us senior citizens
We were on the 3rd floor in unit 5 and had an amazing view of the ocean! The hot tub was so fun for us and our kids and there was an outside shower (with warm water!) to get all the sand off us to be ready to get in the hot tub, which was a nice surprise!
It felt like we were at a family beach house. Cozy and familiar. Short walk to beach was great for our young kids! The little grassy backyard was a great little escape to read in the shade and for our kids to run around!
Big beautiful windows let the sea breeze in and only downside was no screens in them. Only wish was for screens. *NOTE FOR PARENTS: no screens in windows our kids were not used to and our five year old lost a book out one of the windows.
The stove and oven stopped working the second night and the hosts were quick to fix (it was a fuse box issue), the next morning it stopped again and another unit was avail for us to use its kitchen for breakfast. So thankful for quick and accommodating super hosts!
Laundry on site and free was so great to have and helpful with young kiddos.
The bed in the bedroom was comfy and our two kids (7 & 5) slept great! The hide-a-bed in the living-room was challenging for us parents to sleep on. Shared this with hosts and they were super responsive about finding a solution for that. We look forward to our next trip with an improved hide-a-bed.
Hosts were so helpful with great communication! they were truly lovely people and with them on-site issues were taken care of instantly.
We highly recommend this place if you don't mind two flights of outside stairs…its worth it for the view!
My husband and I stayed for a romantic getaway weekend, and it was perfect! The hot tub is communal, but there was never anybody in it when we used it, so it still felt private. The view of the ocean is amazing!! The bedroom was small, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and dark at night - a must for me, as a light sleeper. The beach access was literally across the street, which was very convenient! We would definitely stay, again!
We do agree with the other reviews, the unit could use some fresh paint and updating, if you want close access to the beach then this is your location. We spent minimal time in the unit because it felt uncomfortable due to its lack of updating and musty smell. Thanks much!

Needs updating
When you walked into the unit, half of the linoleum was missing. The furniture needed to be updated or at least, sanded and painted. A cover for the couch would have been nice. The pots and pans were old and had scratches while the coffee pot was dirty with the burner rusted. The oven was also dirty. When you looked between the wall and stove, it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. Lastly, it would have been nice to have new or updated towels to shower and wash dishes. It was nice to have a designated area for parking.
If you’re looking for a cozy lil place with an amazing view!!!
Great experience, only wish the hot tub was working! Bummer, but we had a great visit and just love this part of the beach ❤️Would definitely stay here again!
Wow what an awesome little piece of heaven in this rental from the views to the coziness and convivence we loved our stay. Connie is very friendly and accommodating and makes sure your stay goes well. We brought our Grandson last minute and he loved watching the ocean from the hot tub and seeing the seagulls on the ledge outside the window.
My Husband is working in the area and I am bummed we didn't find this earlier but we will for sure be back.
