Majestic Beach 1807 Ocean Front Condo that will take your breath away.

The Majestic is a great fall/winter rental due to the 2 large indoor pools.

Beautiful Beach Front unit. This is a quieter family friendly complex. If you like more of a party atmosphere I'd suggest somewhere else like the Holiday Inn or Shores of Panama. Both of those are high energy! The Majestic Towers Beach Resort has endless amenities. The Majestic is located in the middle of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do. This two bedroom, two bath Condo offers everything you need to have a great, relaxing, fun filled vacation in a resort setting. This is also one of the large 2BR units with 1076 SF. Don't confuse this with the 1BR plus bunk room. I normally have a couple beach chairs in the master closet you are welcome to use. The amenities at the Majestic feature 2 beach side pools as well as an 2 indoor pools, kiddy pool, and two hot tubs. There is a Huge Workout Facility (Free), a tennis/pickleball court located on the top of the covered parking structure, a market with snacks and a Starbuck's, the H2O Bar and Grill for poolside dining, and a stadium seating theater. You will be torn between enjoying the sugar white beach or relaxing and enjoying the view from the 18th floor private balcony. The master has a King-size bed and a adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub, shower and double sinks. The second bed room, nearly the same size, has a twin bunk, single twin and a full bath. There is a washer and dryer in the fully equipped kitchen. The comfy sofa opens into a full sleeper. There are TV's in the living room (ROKU) and master BR. We look forward to having you enjoy our home away from home. Enjoy morning coffee or a romantic dinner on the large private ocean front Balcony! FREE Internet. You won't find a unit with a more beautiful view anywhere in Panama City. Located on the 18th floor, you may spend your vacation sipping coffee on the Balcony and just enjoying the view.
If you are a family with Children this is a great place to spend your Spring Break or Summer Vacation. The Majestic is a great condo because it's off to itself without a high rise to the west. This area also has a large beach with much more room to spread out than the condos near pineapple willies. The congestion in that area can be quite dense due to the close proximity of several large high rise buildings. One piece of advice, I would highly recommend bringing a collapsible wagon. It comes in so handy with loading and unloading and when you make a grocery run. I never go down without mine! We normally only rent this unit from May-Sept. Few exceptions.

PARKING- Parking is $40/vehicle and you will receive an email to register your license plate. No more paper parking passes!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CARTS INTO UNIT. We just spent several thousand dollars redoing the kitchen and having the entire unit painted and luggage carts destroy the walls. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Painters have a minimum charge of $100 to fix any damages. Also, please return all arm bands to the hangars by the entry door. $10 charge for any missing arm bands.

This is a fantastic place to make memories with your family. Being able to hang out at the beach, the pool and then going to the condo to finish the day was the icing on the cake. The Salt Water Taffy provides all the comforts of home: clean, cozy, and relaxing. Our host, Mike, is very personable and a great communicator. Before our arrival, he answered all our questions and he even checked on us during our stay. We had the best time and will definitely book to stay here again.

The condo needs to be updated a bit. It was in a great location. I would just prefer the inside of the condo be a little more comfy. The beds are not comfortable and need updated but overall it was a great vacation.

Excellent Vaction Stay for Family

Everything was very smooth with regard to the rental. The property was well kempt, and beds were really comfortable. They thought of everything from the fully stocked kitchen with all the plates, pots, pans, etc, to beach chairs and pool toys for the kids. Even the patio furniture was comfortable! My family would definitely use this rental again! Great experience!😊

Salt Water Taffy at PCB

Listing was as described. Beautiful views, very clean. We stayed for softball World Series and the condo was relatively close to both fields our daughter played at. Only complaint would be that things like toilet paper and hand soap for bathrooms weren’t plentiful and we had to buy our own. Otherwise had just about everything else we needed.

The building, Majestic Beach Resort, was nice but made every trip out of the complex a chore. There were not enough elevators, some elevators were broken, check-in/luggage carts/elevators took a ridiculously long time (2 plus hours), and the large groups/camps occurring the same time as our stay took over a large part of the walkways and beach area.

1st trip to panama

This was our first time to panama as a family so we were pretty excited & we were not let down. We loved it. The location was perfect. The condo was how it was portrayed in the listing. It was clean & updated. There were a few small things like a broken closet door or a broken window blind but im not picky, as long as it is clean, safe & close to the description, were happy. I would deffinatly recommend staying here especially if you plan on spending alot of time at the beach. It was beautiful.

My name is Mike Ausley and I am the owner and manager of this unit. You can call me any time to discuss our unit or any other questions you have about Panama City Beach. I have 3 children and we purchased this unit back in 2008 so we would have a great place for us to build family memories before the kids headed off to college. We have done just that and continue to do so. We are very involved in our church here in Louisville Kentucky and enjoy sharing our home with other families knowing they are also building some great memories.

Why they chose this property

We keep this unit in the condition we would want if we were renting and consider it our second home. We love the Majestic Beach because they have lots of beach front with no high rise on the West side competing for beach space so you can spread out and enjoy. We also loved the fact that they have 2 large indoor heated pools so even in the winter time you can enjoy swimming. The location of the Majestic is perfect and allows you to walk to many of the local restaurants. Often we will go 3 or more days without ever using our car. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. We looked at lower level unites and decided we wanted to be up high to enjoy the view. You can read the reviews and see that it truly is amazing. Please don't hesitate to call me if you have any questions.

What makes this property unique

I love the views from the 18th floor. Sometimes we will go down in the winter and won't even go down to the beach. We will just enjoy the amazing views. From that height you don't get the glare off the water and can usually see the sea life swimming up and down the beach. We keep our unit very nice and only rent it a couple months a year. We recently remodeled the kitchen, repainted the entire unit and replaced the carpet in the bedrooms with LVP.
