The unit offers 2 terraces, one off the 2nd bedroom facing the church and town and the other off the living room with a sliding door and outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the views.

Fantastic Condo

the condo was cute and comfortable. The location is amazing and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The area is very walkable with a ton of great restaurants and things to do near by

Great location and unit.

We enjoyed our stay at The Park. The unit was clean and had two king beds for two couples. There was updated living room furniture from what was seen in the pictures. Any issues we had were responded to quickly. The location was great for access to everything in the Romantic Zone. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Well situated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo one block from the sea in old Vallarta. This place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay: full kitchen, washer and dryer, large balcony, and a stunning roof top infinity pool and 2 jacuzzis. Really a nice building with good security and very nice staff.

Amazing

Visited Puerto Vallara for 25 years staying in different rentals. This is by far the best. Very convenient location to shopping, beach, amazing restaurants, galleria Dante and Di Vino Dante wine bar. Owners and guests of the property as well as staff very social. Will definitely rent again, soon.

Great condo ,overall building and staff.

All good ,however, beware that the area is populated by many bars, discos that play very, very loud music until 5AM every night. Bring noise cancelling headphones if you want to sleep.

Our experience

We’ve been coming to PV for years. We were happy with the cleanliness of this place and staff. However the rooms were stark and not cheerful, a few paintings and or some art or color would help. The second bedroom is way to small for a king bed. The noise till 3-4 in the morning was unbearable.

This is a very nice condo. It is well equipped and in a great location. My only criticism is that we were never told about the construction of a new condo building going on across the street. The balcony of the unit faces it. There is construction noise all day.

This condo was awesome. Located close to everything including a grocery store in the same building at the main entrance. The rooftop pool space was gorgeous! Exactly like the pictures and maybe even better. It was never crazy busy up there so always chairs to be found. Our place faced the street that held a huge festival party every night so it was a bit on the louder side but when windows were closed and AC was on it was very comfortable and drowned out the noise nicely. Very fun location and 3 min walk to the beach and tons of restaraunts everywhere. Would stay here again. Highly recommend

My Love Affair with PV

The pictures are just a glimpse of how beautiful this condo is. It is incredible! Everything is very clean, neat and well decorated. The view from the deck is amazing. It does not show the ocean from the deck but the view of PV is beautiful and you really get a chance to see what everyday life consist of here. For your ocean fix, it is only 2 blocks away and you can see it from the amazing pool deck on the rooftop. You can walk pretty much everywhere without needed a taxi unless you wish to go to other areas like the Hotel Zone. Food is EVERYWHERE as well as the bank and convenience stores. You will not find a better condo! I will be back!!!!

Fantastic home away from home

Wonderful apartment close to everything and only one block off the beach. Apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The apartment was very well equipped with anything you needed for the kitchen (dishes, utensils, appliances). The two bathrooms had great showers, and an abundance of towels. The rooftop pool was fantastic, great to go for a morning and evening swim. Rooftop also had bbq which came in handy several times. Hadn’t expected suite to be cleaned midway, but cleaner came 1 week into stay and left it spotless and relaundered towels. Only downside is that the neighbourhood itself can be a little loud at night, but we had no problem with the kids or ourselves sleeping with the fans and air conditioners on, just be aware this is a more active / party environment neighbourhood in the evenings. Front door reception (Matias and Joaquin) were awesome, very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend.

Fabulous location.

This is our third time renting at this property and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, close to the beach as well as many many nearby restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool is amazing and not only comes with a fabulous view but also has a bar where you can purchase cocktails everyday but Monday. We’ve already booked it again for next year!

Dias de Muertos in Romantic Zone

We loved this property in the vibrant Romantic Zone, both the condo itself and the building. Very helpful staff. We would definitely rent this property again. The windows in the unit provide a beautiful view of the mountains to the east. The roof has a great pool and unbeatable 360 degree view of the city and the bay. Clean unit with well-equipped and well-supplied kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom towels are remarkably soft, plush white cotton. This is not the quietest neighborhood, but for us that is all part of the Romantic Zone experience. Closing the windows shut out most of the sound at night, no trouble sleeping. The couch in the living room is uncomfortable for sitting more than a few minutes.

So convenient

I think the owner should better advertise this property as being very convenient to the Malecon, the Zona Romantica, and other sites in Puerto Vallarta. The property has ample space and all the amenities one needs during an extended stay.

Short but great stay

We were only in town for 4 days but had a great time! We have stayed at the Park before but this was the first time in an end unit and boy did it make a difference. Having the balconies on both ends and the windows on the backside bring in so much more natural light making it a joy to just hamg around the condo. Of course it is within walking distance of anything and everything you would want to do in Old Town PV whethwr it be shopping, eating, or drinking. Would definitely stay again.

The Park is a great building, well positioned in the Romantic Zone. My friends and I have stayed here several times and have always loved the unit features and building amenities. The owner/manager of this unit made the whole booking process and stay quite easy and efficient. I'd definitely book this unit again next time we're in town :)

This was our second year in this condo at The Park. Highlights include the rooftop heated pool with its gorgeous views as well as the efficient, extremely helpful building staff. This 2 bedroom condo is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We really enjoy the patio as well. We will return again and again!

Great location, but not the right fit for everyone

This large 2BR, 2BA apartment is clean and modern, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located for the beach, Malecón, shopping and restaurants, and transportation. There is a spectacular roof-deck with 360-degree views of the city, an infinity lap pool, and plenty of chairs and tables in sun and shade, with wi-fi and electrical plugs. The property manager, Karina, was extremely responsive to email requests, although we never met her. Before booking there are a couple of trade-offs you should be aware of. Although the apartment is close to everything, it is extremely noisy, day and night. The terrace overlooks a busy bus route which produces unpleasant exhaust fumes and engine sounds so loud you can’t hear normal conversation or watch TV inside if the sliding glass doors are open. At night, the bars and clubs go full tilt until 5 am, so you can’t sleep with any of the windows or doors open. Fortunately, the windows are well-insulated for sound and air conditioning is included in the rent. Second, the apartment is designed primarily for short stays. We were there for a month and were inconvenienced by the lack of any sort of dresser or chest of drawers (there are good-sized closets with a couple of shelves on the bottom and some cubbies, but not sufficient if you’ve brought a large suitcase) and a few basic items which we bought and left at the unit (laundry basket, serrated knife, espresso pot). There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes and silverware, but only 2 wine glasses. And the wire-mesh kitchen stools look pretty but are extremely uncomfortable (left bruises all over the backs of my legs) and the wrong height for the counter. If you’re planning to spend most of your time on the roof, at the beach, or around town, and don’t mind using the air conditioning, this unit would be a good choice. If you’re looking for a quiet, private spot to read or work and enjoy the tropical breeze, this might not be the place for you.
