"Cornerstone" offers glorious views of Lake Erie in every season. Our year round lakefront vacation home is an ideal place for your vacation get-away. This property is situated in the center of Grandview Bay. Enjoy the scenic view from the shady backyard hammock. A few steps will lead you directly to the private beach. The house is fully furnished with summer décor, charm and warmth. There are three bedrooms, large eat in kitchen, living room and sun porch. Living room has a ceiling fan to complement the natural lake breezes. The house sleeps seven comfortably with one double bed in the master bedroom, which has AC, and one single bed in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds and an AC. Grill dinner on the gas grill and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the concrete patio.

We do not allow pets. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Why they chose this property

We have rented our home weekly for several years now and have recently decided to advertise on VRBO. We fill many of our weeks with returning tenants, who have been with us since before we went online. Many of our renters come back year after year. The weather is still beautiful at the beach in June and September and we have reduced rates and more flexibility with bookings. If you have any questions at all feel free to email.
