Enjoy the 2024 Spring/Summer Season at Lakeside in this year-round cottage built in 2002. It has 3 bedrooms and two and half baths. Bedrooms on the second floor with a game table area. Queen size sofa sleeper on the first floor with a small front room with full size futon. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the Master has a king bed. Beautiful new screened in front porch with the view of Cherry Park. New custom-built patio in ‘21 with charcoal grill and Solo Stove fire pit. 2024 Chautauqua season runs Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Gate fees apply during this time. Please see Lakeside Chautauqua website for daily and weekly ticket prices. Late model golf cart available for $225 weekly rental.

Great place to stay

This home is completely furnished with everything you need. Very clean and comfy. The additional use of a golf cart was a nice extra.

My wife and I met here while working summers during college. We've both been coming to Lakeside continuously every summer for over 40 years. We have two grown children who both share our love for Lakeside.

Why they chose this property

One of the newest cottages in Lakeside. No musty smell. We have never closed it up. Always maintained heating and cooling year around. Great location across from Cherry Park. Located just 3 blocks from the brand new Grindley Wellness Center that includes a wonderful swimming pool. Tennis and Pickle ball courts are also close by.

What makes this property unique

Central A/C, WiFi, Cable, King size master bedroom, newer furniture inside and out. Golf cart is available for an additional fee. New rear patio with charcoal Weber grill.
