Our family was new to the Asheville area and the location of this home was perfect! In the country and yet close to the city. We enjoyed the amenities especially the pool table. The well-appointed kitchen was also a bonus. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Biltmore Basecamp for a girl's weekend and we could not have been more happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The amenities and extra supplies available made our trip comfortable and stress-free. The host did an excellent job at communicating thoroughly and always responded promptly. The location was a 15-20 minute drive to almost everything on our itinerary. I would be happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Great place for a larger group with enough beds for everyone. Kitchen and grill were great - and the hot tub was great after a couple rounds of golf. Great communication with the host - highly recommended!

The air conditioning on the main level was out for three of our seven days. But we had air upstairs and down stairs that worked. The smoke detectors went off at 2 am. None of which were Kelsey’s fault but it was super hot. Kelsey was very responsive and helpful with everything else. And this was a perfect house for a large party. We enjoyed the neighbors. They were very nice. All in all it was a hot but great house.

Hi Mike, Thank you so much for staying at Biltmore Basecamp and we are so delighted that your group of 16 had a great time overall. We wish you had let us know sooner about the HVAC. You didn’t mention any issues until the second to last day of your one week stay. We offered to have the HVAC company we use come out right away, but you asked us to wait until after check out. We also apologize about smoke detector low battery chirp. We all know how awful that can be, especially in the middle of the night. While we try to change them regularly, we keep all kinds of batteries, including smoke detector batteries in the “junk” kitchen drawer for guests, in case of the pesky smoke detector or tv remote. Thank you so much again for staying. We appreciate you choosing Biltmore Basecamp for your special family reunion.

Great place to stay

The pictures did not do this place justice. We called it a Mary Poppins house because it was so much bigger inside than it appeared. It is clearly well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Biltmore Basecamp. Very clean and comfortable home with plenty of room indoors and outdoors for our group. Had everything we needed to enjoy the property and very close to Asheville proper. Lovely safe neighborhood!! All and all really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect size and great location

This house was large enough to host our family and not have people feel like they were right on top of each other. Everyone in our family was able to have their own room which is nice when you have four families plus a 20 and 16 year old.
