Located in the heart of Osage Beach very near shopping and dining is this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo in Parkview Bay. On the 3rd floor (just 1 up from the parking lot) enjoy the view of the State Park from the deck with seating for 6 and the gas grill.
Inside this cozy unit you will find the Living Room with Queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Wi-Fi, Rocking Recliner, Stereo and games, cards & books. Cable includes On Demand and Gold Package.
Dining seats 4 at table with 2 folding chairs available plus 3 at breakfast bar.
Kitchen features all major appliance and most small appliances. Everything you would need to cook for your crew.
Lakeside Master Bedroom features a slider to the deck, King sized bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. Guest Bedroom features a Queen sized bed with flat screen TV and access to the Guest Bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 6 people with parking for 2 cars. Give it a try - you will love it!

We had a great stay. The condo was just as listed and perfect for our stay at the lake. The condo had everything we needed. We love this location at the lake because it is so close to town by land and by water close to restaurants/ bars if you want to be on the main channel but across from the state park with lots of beautiful scenic areas of the lake to be on off the main channel. . We did use the free boat slip included and that is a great perk. Will definitely stay again when coming to the lake if available.

The condo was great and highly recommended only problem were the people staying above us had several children that were constantly running and jumping enough to shake the light fixtures but as far as the condo very clean and bright

Family Vacation

Wonderful. Access to three pools in complex. Boat docks were easily accessible. There is not a swim dock, but the pools made up for that. There is also not trailer parking, but there was ease in parking at the state park nearby and driving across the lake to the condo. We were very pleased with our entire stay!

Great place with lots of amenities made it even better once we realize there was an elevator for the baby. The coffee pot we did seem to have problems with. Will definitely come back.

Very easy to rent. Property was really nice. Only downfall was you had to leave property to do anything. Pool was small and kinda of old. No beach to lake or any swimming by lake. If you had your own boat this would be A+ rating.
