This two bedroom furnished condominium that sits on the fairway of Bald Mountain Golf Course is a great place to get away from it all. Nestled in the mountains of Western NC you can take in the wonderful views of Bald Mountain Lake from the screened in porch. Don't miss the private dock for the units located 30 feet from the porch. The lake is wonderful for swimming or bring along your canoe or kayak!

Take a day and enjoy Asheville which is only 45 minutes away!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave thermostat on mini splits upstairs and down on 75 when on AC and 60 during cold weather.
Be sure any boats used are brought back up to the bank. All paddles, seats, life vests and floats should be inside screen porch.
If Paddle Boards are available and used, secure under overhang next to steps by the screen porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
