We stayed 5 nights and the cottage was very clean and it was everything we expected. We were there for the NC Coastal Ride and the Cottage location was perfect. Beth Frazer was super to deal with.

This cozy cottage was perfect!

We were so lucky to reserve Church Street Cottage over a holiday! It felt just like home - everything was just perfect. Will definitely consider this property again.

Lovely Cottage

The Church Street Cottage was just as advertised. It's a cozy, sunny, well furnished rental. Very convenient to the waterfront area in Oriental. We would definitely like to rent again.

no hot water

cute house - the hot water was not working and the Tv was not working but other than that all was good

Nice place but musty

The place was cute and the neighborhood was nice but the place was musty. My son had an allergic reaction and got asthma every time he came into the place. We worked around it by setting the air conditioner low so it constantly brought in fresh air. The unit also had cockroaches (pictures to prove it). And the oven was very hard to turn off. I had to set the timer to make it go off. Not sure if the off button is broken.

Cute cottage! Great for dogs!

The fenced in back yard was awesome for our dog! Very cute cottage, clean, never saw any bugs.
