Beautiful 3 bedroom house only 10 mins from the Las Vegas Strip and 7 mins from the airport.
Tropically landscaped backyard with a heated pool and Jacuzzi.
Brand new and modern furniture, appliances, and flooring. Less than a mile away from great shopping and dining plazas. Wonderful neighborhood.
The master bedroom features a king bed and 55" LED smart TV. Second bedroom has queen bed and 55" LED smart TV. The third bedroom is with a queen bed and a computer desk. There is a 2 car attached garage. The pool has kids protection fence which can be easily installed.
The house has ADT active monitoring system.
