This condo is situated high on a bluff above the beautiful St Johns River just north of Lake George in Welaka, FL. Be ready to relax! A beautiful pool is feet from the river and the sunsets are amazing! Nearby crystal clear freshwater springs make for amazing day trips and did I mention this area is known as the Bass Fishing Capital of the world? Boat slip included!!!!

The natural setting on the St Johns River is hard to beat. It has all that Florida can offer in a small area. The springs are incredible and the fishing is second to none. The small towns of the surrounding areas are full of very welcoming people who will make you feel at home.
