All trash created on beach must be removed from beach. Throw out in outdoor receptacle at cottage.
Extraordinary cleaning required beyond standard cleaning service between renters will be charged to renters (security deposit withheld).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The beach community is enjoyed and maintained by long time property owners that truly love everything about the Long Island Sound, it’s beaches, the ocean life, the wildlife and all it offers. We strive to ensure the Clinton CT coastline will be enjoyable for generations to follow!
Why they chose this property
This property is a stones throw away from beach, a walk to Dairy Queen (did somebody say ice cream), a drive down road to Dunkin Donuts, major grocery stores and plenty of restaurants! Just a 5-6 minute ride to two major outlets: Westbrook outlets & Clinton Crossing outlets. Just a 30 minute drive gets you to beautiful Mystic OR Mohegan Sun Casino! And just an hour or so depending on traffic you can visit Newport, RI!
