Hello Autumn! ! Stay at AlpenRose Cabin!

BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, AND LIVING:
The first bedroom is found on the main floor and features a jacuzzi tub and a queen sized Zinus brand mattress, with access to a private bath. Upstairs, you'll find the two other bedrooms complete with queen sized Nectar brand mattresses and pillows. Guests also have access to a shared bath upstairs as well. Keep warm during the winter months by settling in around the stone-stacked wood fireplace in the living room. In the Living Room, cozy up on our comfy couch and rocker recliner after a long day of hiking. (Fires are allowed only October 1st - May 1st). We also provide luggage racks for your suitcases.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the dining area has a dining table that comfortably seats six, and the glass window walls provide stunning views and plenty of natural light. Our coffee maker is your standard 12 cup drip style for those laid back mornings. There is a brand new propane grill for additional cooking located on the main level deck. (Please make sure to return the grill cover back to the grill after clean up). Our main level deck also provides a new hot tub to accommodate your entire family, a brand new custom spacious picnic table, and plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy your home cooked meal with a view.

AMENITIES:
We offer 1 flat screen TV and an Apple TV with Netflix, YouTube Live TV, and Disney+ access FREE, located in the living room. (Accounts will already be logged in). Feel free to use Apple's built in "Airplay" to display your personal iPhone or iPad's screen to our TV as well (connect to our Wifi first). To complete your cinematic experience, we have crisp and clear surround sound too. We also provide high speed wifi including an Internet based telephone service for local and domestic calls as cell phone reception can be spotty. For your entertainment you'll find a Nest Mini speaker for games and music, or even a timer for those home cooked meals.

CONVENIENCE:
Our driveway is easy to navigate with enough parking for 3 vehicles. Located at the main entrance to the cabin you'll use our Smart Lock to come and go as you please with the security PIN Code provided at check in. There are instructions posted on the door for reference and our Nest Doorbell for 2-way communication should you need it. We provide a Nest thermostat for your climate controlled comfort and Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for added safety. Prior to your arrival, we send out a navigation video link that discusses how to arrive at our cabin in the event you arrive at night.

WHAT'S PROVIDED:
We provide clean sheets for all beds and pillows, 2 sets of towels for each guest staying, makeup towels for the ladies, pillows and extra blankets for those winter months. The hot tub is cleaned after each guest checks out and before the next guest checks in (Tennessee Law). We have an onsite laundry room with a stackable washing machine and dryer. (Detergent not included). For toiletry goods, we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and some basic hand soaps and shampoo for your arrival. In the kitchen, we provide all the necessities for prepare home cooked meals for your family. We also provide a roll of paper towels and dish detergent for our dishwasher. All appliances are in great working order. For any additional needs beyond what is initially provided, we are located 15mins from a nearby Kroger and Publix grocery store.

WHAT'S NOT PROVIDED:
We don't have an outdoor firepit on our property. Please make arrangements to bring your favorite coffee, laundry detergent should you need it, and firewood in the winter months as we don't provide those items. The resort office does sell firewood in the winter months.

RESORT AMENITIES:
As community members of our resort, guests can enjoy seasonal access to the resort pool with beautiful mountain views and well maintained roads in the winter months.

PLEASE NOTE:
We require that guests booking our cabin be at least age 25 or older.
Please don't feed the animals and don't litter.
There are bears that frequent our property so be diligent when coming and going. Please bag trash and don't leave it outside. Located at the entrance of the resort is a large trash compactor, please bring all trash there as needed.

ENTIRE CABIN FOR USE:
Guests can enjoy access to our entire cabin throughout your stay.

PIN CODED ENTRY:
Each confirmed guest will receive a PIN to access the property. This PIN will expire on the date of checkout promptly at 10am.
To Access:
1. Receive PIN from Host (6-7 digits)
2. Enter the PIN (xxx xxxx) followed by the pound sign (#).
3. Deadbolt will unlock.
When leaving for the day:
1. Pull door closed.
2. Press and hold the pound sign (#).
3. Deadbolt will lock
4. There will be 3-4 beeps to confirm the door has been locked.
These instructions are also posted on the door next to the lock and sent via Airbnb/Email should you need to refer to them. We also have a 2 way communication Nest Doorbell as well.

RESORT ACCESS:
Gate Code will be provided, so no need to stop at the resort office.
Seasonal Pool Access is available to guests.

PARKING:
We have an easy to navigate offstreet private driveway with enough space for 3 cars. For low ground coverage vehicles, be mindful at the bottom of the driveway as the clearance can be tight. (Owners not responsible for any damage).

RESORT INFORMATION:
Brother's Cove is a secluded mountain resort community with access to the Great Smoky Mountains and all the entertainment in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. Each our of luxury cabins is equipped with a hot tub and has access to the seasonal pool and the lodge. The Lodge at Brothers Cove is one of the most coveted wedding venues in the eastern US, offering stunning views and ample space for the entire party.

RULES AND REQUESTS:
This cabin is our vacation home. To help make it pleasant for all our guests we have established the following rules:

- We offer high speed WiFi at our cabin, but Internet speeds in the Mountains can vary at times.

- Our cabin is equipped with Nest equipment from the Nest Mini speaker to the Nest Thermostat, Nest Carbon Monoxide Detectors, & a Nest Doorbell.

- Please treat our cabin as you would your own home. This will help keep the cabin clean and damage free for everyone. If anything gets damaged please inform us so that we can address it for the next group of travelers.

- The cabinet at the top of the stairs is the Owner's Closet and is not available to guests. It is locked, but should you find the cabinet unlocked, you are REQUIRED to report this to the host.

- NO SMOKING. There is $260 cleanup fee if tobacco smoke is detected inside or outside the cabin. This INCLUDES Vaping. No smoking of any kind is allowed at our cabin.

- NO PETS ALLOWED. We also don’t allow ESA Pets or other Animals.

- FIREPLACE: can be used from October 1 through May 1 only. (Please remember to open the Flue prior to burning any logs).

- HOT TUB: Please keep the hot tub cover closed at all times when not in use. Do not drain or add water to the hot tub. If food or other stuff is found in the hot tub there will be additional cleaning fee of $160. DO NOT SIT on the hot tub cover, they will break and a new cover costs $350 which will be billed to the guest responsible. (BRAND NEW HOT TUB INSTALLED APRIL 2018).

- Please do NOT jump from the balcony railing to our couch in the living room, any damages that occur will be charged to the guest.

-Please do NOT rearrange furniture or other items inside our home.

-Please do NOT re-arrange patio furniture on our deck outside.

-Please do NOT unplug any electrical items such as the AppleTV, DVD player, or Smart Home devices.

-Please do NOT place heavy pots and pans on top of the Microwave. Place these items back on the shelves or in the drawer located under the stove.

-Our cabin features stairs, please use caution as you ascend or descend.

-Do NOT wash our dark washcloths with white towels.

-Please Note: We require that guests booking our cabin be at least age 25 or older.
