Welcome to our sunny Florida getaway! Our home is located in a gated community just 3 1/2 blocks from the beach and seconds from the pool and hot tub. Enjoy easy access to family-friendly activities, golf, fishing, shopping, and dining. Plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Our home features two living areas, providing ample space for your group to unwind and enjoy their stay. The first floor offers a welcoming great room, perfect for gathering and spending quality time together. Upstairs, a second living area awaits, complete with a smart TV, wet bar, mini fridge, and microwave, creating a perfect spot for entertainment and relaxation. With a maximum occupancy of 14 guests per reservation, our home is ideal for families and groups. Please note that we have a strict parking policy, allowing for only 3 cars in the driveway. Any additional vehicles or street parking will result in towing at the owner's expense.

The fully stocked kitchen includes amenities such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and utensils. Pool wristbands are conveniently located on the kitchen counter.

1st Floor Master Suite - features a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and a double-sink vanity. The suite also includes a walk-in closet, which is where a highchair and Pack-n-Play are located.

2nd Floor - has a living area with access to the second-floor balcony. This floor also includes a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The full bathroom features a large vanity and a tub/shower. The king bedroom includes a smart tv on the dresser, a walk-in closet, and appointed furniture. Additionally, there is a queen bedroom that also includes a smart tv on the dresser and a full closet.

3rd Floor - features a queen bedroom with a smart TV and access to the third-floor balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a smart TV, and a door leading to the balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room equipped with a flat screen TV and a built-in DVD player.

The front porch has a gas grill on one side for the days you feel like grilling.

We are just a 10-minute walk to multiple beach access points and a 30-second walk to the pool complex. Our community also offers a free on-call beach shuttle, providing transportation to one of the beach access points. Additionally, there is a 6-foot wide, paved walking, jogging, and biking trail that runs for miles along scenic Old 98, located just a few blocks from our complex's rear entrance.

The resort-style pool complex features music throughout, waterfalls, and a negative entry for the kids. It is heated from early March to mid-April. The complex includes a hot tub and a tiki bar area with a flat screen TV and a cooler. There are bathrooms and showers to wash off the sand from the beach. We have a pool monitor on duty to check wristbands and see that guests follow the rules.

Great house for a Family Vaca

The house was nice. Plenty of bedrooms and about a 10 minute walk to the beach or you could use the free shuttle. The community pool was also nice. I would stay there again.

A Family Vacation we loved!!

The home was perfect, clean, wonderful in every way except location! Wish we were closer to ocean and pool. Everything worked out even though the location was not ideal. Also while we were at the location a tow company came by with a suv attached. He hit 2 cars while driving. The first car after hitting kept going and then hit the second vehicle damaging all three vehicles. Believe all property owners need to meet and discuss with these nasty towing companies concerning the parking situation. My family was very happy and would love to visit again!! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

No complaints. The owner was easily accessible when I had a question. We enjoyed it. If you are going to walk to the beach with little ones after the shuttle hours, bring a stroller or wagon. It’s about a 7 -10 min walk. The kids will make it take 30!!! Lol. Have Fun!?

We really enjoyed the location, access to the pool and the beach. Convenient to shopping and dining. There were a few minor problems and the furnishings were tired. Manager was easy to reach and was helpful in dealing with issues.

Wonderful property

The location for this property was great. We stayed for a whole week. The property is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We had a multigenerational family vacation and this property was perfect for that. Also, Wayne was very responsive and easy to deal with when we had questions or issues that came up. We would definitely book this property again that was perfect for these vacationers whose ages range from 8 to 78.

Beautiful Property

The property was very nice and I have nothing but positive things to say about the property and the owner. The lower rating on the listing is due to the fact that VRBO indicates that the property can be rented on less than 1 week basis- it cannot, at least during the summer. The other thing is parking- there isn't enough, even the overflow areas remain full. The property owners should get together and stop what appears to be the property security running a money making racket with a local tow company to tow cars. A warning or even a ticket would be preferable to finding your car towed and damaged in the process. The owner was wonderful to work with and cooperative and supportive. I would stay here again in a minute, but I'm sure all renters would appreciate something being done about the parking, and especially the towing situation. I would think the owners would insure the property managers handled parking in a more professional and less traumatic manner.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We SO enjoyed our time at this beautiful home! It was clean, inviting, and comfortable from the moment we stepped thru the door. Even with ten adults and two small children sharing the space, there was more than enough room for everyone. All of the rooms were wonderfully sized and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat large meals, along with enough storage for all of our food stuffs. Having the beach a couple of blocks south and the gorgeous pool around the corner was the icing on the cake! Wayne was easy to contact and his responses were always quick. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone staying in the Destin area! It was perfect.

Great Vacation House

We recently spent the long Labor Day weekend at Seaspray. Our group of 12 had plenty of room. We grilled burgers on the front porch one day, made a shrimp boil for another meal. Seaspray is a ten minute walk to the beach or there is a beach shuttle on stand-by most of the time that just requires a simple phone call (Joe, the driver, was a nice guy). We were close to the golf courses, ten minutes from the marina, ten minutes from the outlet stores. We would definitely return to Seaspray for our next visit to Destin.

Family Vacation at Seaspray

The Seaspray was our home away from home! There were 14 in our group and the sleeping arrangements worked our perfectly. The 2 twin beds room worked perfectly for 2 teenage boys and the bunk bed room was great for 2 of the girls. The separate living room on the second floor was perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults could talk and watch TV on the first floor. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels in each bathroom and a separate washer/dryer room to wash them when needed. The kitchen was very nice and stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots and pans. The owner was very good to work with and was very responsive to e-mails when I had questions about our stay prior to arrival. I had a question during our stay and he was very quick to respond by cell as well! The "neighborhood" of Crystal Villages was very family friendly. We saw families out in their driveways blowing bubbles with little ones, playing a friendly game of corn hole or just sitting out enjoying the fresh air. It was a great relaxing place to take a family vacation! The pool was just around the corner and was awesome! The kids LOVED it.... more than the beach I think! The beach was a short walk away (about 3 blocks) and we went there everyday. GREAT place to stay - GREAT memories made!!!!

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Seaspray! We had 13 guests all together, 6 of which were kids, and we were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy. It was clean, spacious, we were very pleased. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals we wanted, and we were right around the corner from a Walgreens and Publix and any stores we needed, as well as many delicious eating establishments down 98. We were within walking distance to the beach and did go to the barracuda beach access one day but ended up preferring to drive to the Oskaloosa public beach access by the crab trap restaurant the other days because they had bathroom and wash facilities. The pool is the best around! And it was a short walk for our older kids to go without us. The owner was very nice and easy to work with which was a relief since we'd never rented a home in Destin before.

Why they chose this property

We are situated in the middle of everything Destin has to offer, from Shopping, Golf, Dining, Night Life, Charters, Rentals, Fishing, ETC, ETC, ETC.
Our home has 2 living rooms, one on the 1st floor as part of a great room, and a 2nd more cozy living area on the 2nd floor to watch movies etc. The 2nd floor living area also has a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave.
We are also close to a beach that is not cluttered with people from high rise condos, and it has bathrooms and showers in a little pavilion area at one end, which as you may know, is a tough thing to find when you are spending the day at the beach.
We are a gated community, for a more secure vacation experience.
The complex employ's a monitor for the pool area and we are regularly visited by a Sheriffs patrol car.
Seaspray has clean furniture and comfortable beds, and every room has a flat screen t.v..
Our pool complex is the real star of our gated community, nothing beats a great day at the beach followed by a nice relaxing swim/whirlpool experience. After a salty day at the beach it feels great to slip into clear clean pool water!
The Destin Commons Mall is right across 98 - 1 minute from our home, it offers a great outdoor mall experience. They have recently expanded the mall with new shops and restaurants, there is also a bowling/restaurant that is a lot of fun. They have recently expanded the kids play area in the center of the mall. The mall also has a huge theater complex and indoor parking at one end.
We are also glad Seaspray is situated so close to so many things to do, and that the Destin area offers so much........ Have Fun!

Our complex boasts one of the Largest Resort Style Pools in Okaloosa County, it is beautifully landscaped with Waterfalls, Palms, Music Throughout, Hot Tub, Loungers around the pool on the deck, and a seating area to enjoy a picnic lunch at a table. Also a Tiki Bar area with vending machines, seating and flat screen T.V. Also dont forget about our Shuttle Service that will pick you up at your Door with a Call and take you to one of the Beach Access.
