We had a family get-together with 12 people, two of whom were toddlers. The house was fantastic…. Lots of space to sit and talk, very large dining room, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and beds, and a short drive from downtown Asheville or the River Arts District.

My family and I enjoyed our trip together in the mountains . We had a blast in Asheville this Labor Day weekend The rooms were great for the size of family members. The family enjoyed the bears .They came very close to the house but the notes that were given to us were awesome.

This house was a very clean and spacious home for a large group. Lots of parking, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and various lounge spaces made this stay very accommodating. The location can’t be beat for a house this size!

Great location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms, lots of space to relax and enjoy. Pool table was well utilized and provided hours of entertainment. And yes, we were visited by a few bears! Overall, a great stay for our family!

The house is "huge" - great for family reunions etc. It is private, comfortable, attractive but not fussy. It is in a wonderful location, part way up a montain with a wonderful view. Although it is close to all the things Asheville has to offer, it is also a great place to just relax and enjoy the view. There are black bears around but they are afraid of people and so much fun to watch. We were impressed with the relationship the neighbor hood has established with the natural inhabitants of the area. Other locations could use their approach as a model. One has to learn how to navigate the 2 driveways. We found out the only way seemed to be to back out, then go up to the cul de sac to turn around.

The perfect house for a reunion with college friends. The house is very well stocked and comfortable for a large group. Its location near downtown Asheville is very convenient although the road in and out is a little tricky. We were happy that Uber was easily accessible and reasonably priced which it made for easy rides in and out of town in the evening.Everything in the house worked well including the heat and ac, however the heat in the downstairs bedrooms was not adequate. Fortunately a space heater was provided. The host and property manager were delightful as easy to work with.Overall a great stay!

The entire home was spectacular. The views are stunning. There was plenty of room for my family and it provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the mountains. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything from cookware to utensils to full size toiletries. We loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend.
