Perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape or families and friends wanting all the luxuries home whilst exploring the beautiful region. large open living area with a wood burning fire, reading nook and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have glass doors leading to gardens. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine in the Al Fresco and watch the roo’s Leap and listen to the bird life. Furnished with modern, bespoke furniture, beautiful lights and interior design. fully equipped kitchen with all your essentials. Luxurious king bedroom with large en suite and walk in robe. Queen bedroom with robe and glass doors to Al Fresco and a twin king single bedroom with wardrobe. Large bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. Al Fresco at the rear of the house overlooking native bush and enclosed garden, gourmet barbeque. The rear access to the house has both a motion sensor light and a CCTV Camera to deter any crime or unsolicited activities on the property.

Loved our stay at Roos Retreat

This property was amazing. After a stressful week this was the perfect location to de stress and spend some quality family time. The kids loved the kangaroos and kookaburras. Would recommend to anyone to stay here

Great location, very comfortable home .

This home is in a beautiful bush setting with Kangaroos coming right up to the patio. A 15min walk into town, makes the location perfect for a relaxing stay. Beds are very comfortable. You will love your stay at Roos Leap.

Roo's leap stay

I stayed in this house with my family, it's an excellent property in a very convenient location. The property is well equipped and very spacious, it also feels private. I'd recommend a stay here, the hosts are very accommodating and welcoming and the house was well presented and very clean.

Idyllic Surrounds

Fantastic stay at Roo's Leap Retreat. This property has everything and so cosy with the woodburner in winter. The stunning bush surrounds provide such tranquility and peace. Just magic, waking up to the sound of kookaburras and catching glimpses of kangaroos.

Beautiful Margaret River home

We had such a fabulous stay at Roo's Leap. The house was spacious, homely, spotlessly clean and equipped to a very high standard. The location was great - super quiet but only a 20 minute walk into town. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't want to leave! Thanks Andrea for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

A Patch Of paradise

We loved our stay at Roo's Leap.Beautifully appointed house, with all mod cons, great light, heaps of space and a couple of friendly kangaroos joining us at beer o'clock on the front terrace, was both a wonderful surprise and a joy.Would definitely come back here..

Summer Holiday

The house was amazing and the attention to detail was evident in every way. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The location to town, wineries and activities was perfect. An easy 20-25min walk into town. The kangaroos in the beautiful gardens at the end of the day were a welcomed inclusion. Andrea was so professional and friendly to deal with. This was a lovely property in the most perfect location just outside the town of Margaret River. It was close enough to the town, yet still had a lovely country feel about it. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

What a place. Margaret river, the surrounding wine estates and coast are brilliant with the small town of Margaret river an absolute revelation. Roos leap lived up to its setting, the house is perfect with high quality fittings presented in spotless fashion. I can’t think how it could be improved!

Family getaway

We loved our stay at Roo’s Leap Retreat. Came over with our adult kids. We all had a great time , both children got to have their own room. We walked to Margaret river town from the retreat, it was a lovely walk. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and we enjoyed the birds chirping 1st thing in the morning.Had kangaroos hopping outside the rooms, loved it all. The fireplace was used all the time we were in the house. Very comfortable and spacious living room. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Andrea was very communicative through out the process of booking , checkin and until checkout. Wineries were not that far.Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a house in nature yet not to far from the main town.

Wonderful retreat!

Great property just outside of town. Very peaceful, and we loved having the kangaroos right outside the door! The home is clean and comfortable and spacious. Andrea and David were very responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts. They live just down the road, so when we had a power outage, they were quick to help and bring over extra flashlights. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this rental!
