Riverview Cottage, minutes from Canada's #1 beach

Our family cottage is perched on the hillside of my father's childhood farmland overlooking the Souris River. It is a bright and cozy cottage with a master bedroom and an open loft, where 4 more beds and a day bed are situated. Enjoy the beautiful views of the rolling hills and the river (watch for the eagle flying over the river), sit around a bonfire, or head to the beach! Only minutes away from the Rails to Trails for biking/hiking, 15 min. to Basin Head and Red Point Beaches, and 5 min. to Main Street for groceries, gas, etc. We are 10 min from Rollo Bay Fiddling Grounds and 30 minutes to some of PEI's top-rated golf courses - Dundarave, Crowbush and Brudenell!
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Check-in after 3PM and check-out by 11 AM (this can be negotiated if needed), no smoking, the loft is not suitable for toddlers due to the open railings and staircase.
