About this property

An amazing lakefront property with private boat dock. Local grocery stores offer pick up so you would just need to order online and pop the trunk. The home has been cleaned and sanitized. We can also deliver the boat to your dock. This will provide fresh air, fun and a much needed distraction.

The Executive cabin is a true vacation home! Designed and built with the high end vacation home enthusiast in mind. The home was built in 2014.

Kitchen Island and dinning room table will combine to seat 16 all in the same space. There are 5 rooms with beds... but due to the queen over queen bunks with loft area the house will also sleep 16 people. The max number of adults is 10 and up to 6 kids. The home is priced for up to 10 people (so smaller families can enjoy too) then there is a small per person up charge up to a max of 16.

The home is professionally decorated

Paige Pace, the owner has taken the lead in furnishing the home. She has it looking like it belongs in a southern vacation home magazine.

This property is part of the North Georgia Boat Club. Membership is only $200 per year! and will be included in quote. If you are already a member please deduct $200 from price quote. It does give you access to discounted boat rentals. Weekly Monthly or Greater rentals are available direct from owner to non boat club members based on availability. Any owner direct rentals or sublease Via North Georgia Boating Club will conform to Forsyth County Code. Please read associated terms of use document to confirm compliance details.

Beautiful Property

The house itself was clean and well decorated. It is located off a dirt road with a steep driveway located on the basement level of the home. The grounds, lake access and dock were beautiful. A few items for consideration… the house rules were so specific & strict that it ended up being fairly off-putting, leaving us feeling like we were surely going to mess something up. The listing states it can accommodate up to 16 people yet were charged $60 for “an extra person fee” when we only had 13 guests staying. The basement level bed had a broken Box spring that made sleep nearly impossible for the folks staying in that room. Also, for a home that is advertised as accommodating 16, the kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked for that many people to eat and cook out of. The main level living room seating only allows for about 5 people, although there was a basement level sectional also available. Overall, we are grateful for the time we shared with family at this beautiful property but for the reasons listed above, we will look for other options the next time we plan a trip like this.

Cabin on the lake

The property is nice but I was annoyed with all the fake charges. There were fewer guests than the listed occupancy but I was charged a fee for additional guests. I was told this was done to keep the cost low. No, it was done to charge me more than what was listed. I was charged $200 for a boating membership which gave me nothing at all. I was charged a mandatory $90 non refundable fee for insurance to cover possible damages, but I was also charged a $500 deposit. Of course there were the standard service and cleaning fees as well. I don’t think people realize how all of that sours the overall experience.

Family Vacation

Amazing property and lake house! Perfect for all my family. Lots of space, nicely decorated and comfortable for everyone. The location in the cove is private and the boat dock is perfect for docking boats, swimming and fishing. Highly recommend this property.
