Ground level, no steps. Great lake view. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a NEW Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury mattress, a full bathroom, flat screen TV with ROKU and DVD. It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck that is equipt with a gas BBQ grill and great view of the large boats!

Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. It has full length windows that overlook the lake.

The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances and is equipt with all utensils needed.

Non-smoking and no pets.

The condo was wonderful. Nice and clean. We Sat out on the balcony most of the time. Right on the water. The only thing that I can say negative is that the tree outside the balcony blocked a large part of the lake views. Otherwise....perfect!

Great location!!! . This place was very clean and had plenty of room with everything we needed . The owner (Randy ) was great with communication, Awesome view . The only thing I would say needed looked at was the Air conditioner seemed really loud especially in the spare bedroom . Definitely will be staying there again. Great place . Thanks

Great location and property

Loved this location. Just a short drive away from anything you need. Very easy to find, with correct, and visible road signs. Good view of the lake and very friendly people. The boat slip was just as described and the small marina is literally 50 feet away from the boat slip. Definitely will stay here again.

Osage Beach

The property was just as described and we had a nice stay. We played golf three days and avoided the rain mostly. The condo was in a great location and with no steps to room made it very accessible. The only issue we had was the noise from upstairs that started very early in the morning but that’s out of their control. I’d highly recommend this condo.

Awesome Stay!

Check-in was a breeze. The condo is beautifully decorated and the bed in the master was a dream! Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and there were plenty of bath towels for 2 people. The balcony is nice and the view of the lake is great especially the floor to ceiling window view as you enter the condo. Will definitely book again!

Great lake getaway condo!

The check-in process was easy. The condo was clean & beautifully decorated. The kitchen contained all of the essentials for cooking in! My only go back would be to include in the general lodging instructions if the grill was available for use. We assumed it was and used it. Lastly, there was bad reception for the cable in the master bedroom, although we did not watch much TV during our stay, that may adversely affect a guest experience. Overall, the condo and the property was great! Awesome lake views and a great pool area! Would definitely stay again!

Prime Location - Lake of the Ozark Condo

Very nice and clean 2 bed/2 bath condo. Prime waterfront location close to everything. We only had a 3 minute drive to rent boats, wave runners, etc. Restaurant and shopping just up the road. Could not ask for a better location. The condo was perfect for our 4 day stay. The pool and common areas were clean and nicely maintained. The condo itself was very clean and just as described online. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The only reason we gave 4 stars out of 5 was we do a lot of cooking when we travel and stay in condos and we missed the abundance of cooking necessities (large cutting board, large baking pans, etc). But the kitchen basics were all provided. The large outdoor gas grill was very nice as well.

Location was great.

Easy to get to the location. No steps to the condo. View was pretty good. Pictures on site are from the fall or winter when there’s no leaves on the trees. The view was partially obstructed with leaves on the tree but you could still see enough of the lake to be happy with it. Beds were comfortable, sheets were great. Air conditioning worked wonderful. Would’ve been nice if there been a TV in both bedrooms. Washing machine sounded like it was going to lift off the floor when it was spinning. But it did a good job and so did the dryer. I would definitely come back again to this location.
