Island Retreat is a stylish, ground-floor beachfront condo in Port Aransas, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for families or couples seeking a memorable coastal escape. Each bedroom is a private suite—one featuring a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the other offering a queen bed with its own bathroom access. Both suites include their own TV, in addition to the Smart TV in the living area, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows. The open-concept living space features a plush, comfortable sofa, tasteful beach décor, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a Keurig coffee maker.

Step out onto the private patio directly from either the living area or the primary bedroom, where you’ll find classic Adirondack chairs—the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink while soaking in tranquil Gulf and pool views. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and parking for two vehicles. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.

Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.
