Stunning waterfront location

Spectacular setting on the rocks with the ocean to the east, south, and west. The cottage is quintessentially “Maine”—understated, cozy, and comfortable, with a deck wrapping around three sides. Four-minute walk to secluded sandy beach. The living room, dining area, and kitchen have an open floor plan with huge windows overlooking the rocky shore and ledges. Two bedrooms have a bathroom in between. Twin beds can be converted to a king. Internet, WiFi, and washer/ dryer bring conveniences to your fingertips while the ocean is at your feet.
Portland 22 miles north; picturesque Kennebunkport only 7 miles south.

You'll never want to leave

Unbeatable location. Perched right on the rocks next to the ocean, you'll be treated every day to gorgeous views and the ebb and flow of the tide. House comfortable slept 2 adults and 2 young kids. The day bed could work for a close friend that didn't mind sleeping in the main room of the house. Everything you need is in the kitchen so we were able to cook while there and enjoy our meals in front of the world-class view.

The location it totally awesome. Everything about this place is shown in the pictures. I liked the linens delivered by a local service . This is hotel quality cleanliness. Had a few questions while there and Liz was so kind and very quick to respond. The internet connection was fast which I find is unusual at other rentals. Don't miss your chance to stay in this special place...just stay away from my week please ;). The twin bedded bedroom can be made as King which we enjoyed. All the furniture was clean and well kept. Get your lobster at Wolf's Farm> We tried SeaStar and Goldthwaite- all good; but Wolf was the best.

Amazing House

Everything perfect and as advertised. Very special place surrounded by sound of the ocean. Great outdoor spaces and interior very well cared for and thoughtful. Nice beaches within Easy walking distance. Liz was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Layout is perfect for a family of four. Nothing bad to say. Why they chose this property

The property has been in my husband's family for five generations. The current cottage was built in 1947 and has undergone many renovations over the years. We think of it as our little slice of heaven.

What makes this property unique

When we're in our cottage, we feel like it's just us and the ocean. The view is ever-changing as the tide goes in and out. Fabulous spot to bird watch. Witness the sun and moon rise over the sea. Smell the salt air. The sound of the sea is ever-present.
