Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

APARTMENT SEASTAR

- fits up to 5 people - provides: one Queensize in the bedroom / one Twin bed in an extra room / one big sofa bed in the living room - bathroom with a bathtub can be entered from the bedroom - perfectly suited for families!

You can expect a bright, spaciously living / dining area with an open kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short. You can also enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa, that you can transform quickly into a comfortable double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with bathtubs.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, there are beach towels available, too.

The apartment offers a second bedroom for a child or another third or fifth person. It can be separated by a curtain.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the pool area, there is a private deck area available.

The apartment is furnished in comfortable natural tones - it will let you quickly feel at home!

Great stay, would book again

Everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable throughout. Lovely pool area and the private lanai areas are wonderful to have.

Great Place, great location, very accommodating!

Another great stay this year. Judi is the best, sweetheart of a woman, place is clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. I wont stay anywhere else.

Cozy and comfortable

We are a little surprised about the statement with the size and the number of guests because the "Apartment Seastar" occupied by you or your son is the largest apartment of our beach resort and has an additional - albeit small - bedroom and a sofa bed so that here without problems up to 4 adults can be accommodated. Very comfortable place for a restful vacation.

Apartment Dolphin at Beach Resort was a very comfortable place to stay. An attractive place, welcoming, very clean. It is exactly like the photos on the web site. The pool right outside the door is great. Other guests would go to the beach in the daytime and hence, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. I do not hesitate to recommend this place to people seeking a calm and tranquil place.

Best Affordable Secret in Cape Coral

I had a wonderful experience staying the week in this simple and clean and very well maintained Starfish apartment. It was small but more than adequate for 1 person and I believe could work for a couple. The property manager was very cordial and helpful. The Lanai, pool, and hot tub were great, there are even bikes to use, in this quiet area of town. Undoubtedly I will stay there again because my experience was so positive and affordable.

Just what we were looking for

This little apartment was just what we needed for our stay in Cape Coral. It was clean and comfortable, and the proximity was great for us. My sister and I appreciated having this as our "home" to return to after long, busy days. The hot tub was especially appreciated at the end of one particularly stressful day. Judi, the property manager, was so friendly and super responsive. We texted/chatted several times during the course of our stay, as she checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We also loved that the notes and signs were all in both German and English! :) Thank you, und vielen Dank fuer alles!

Very accommodating. WiFi was slow but everything else was awesome!!

I was recouperating from a procedure and Judi was so sweet and offered help with many things. The only thing we had any issue with it the WiFi. It was slow and at times didn’t work at all. We actually had to extend our stay due to my recovery and luckily enough one of the other locations was available so we didn’t have to move far. It was a great experience!!

Very Clean Apartment and Lanai Area

The apartment had enough room for the two of us. We didn’t need the second bedroom. No views of other apartments were shown. I believe the others were taken at the time I searched. I got over the tiny kitchen. It worked out fine. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

A week in Cape Coral

The one bedroom apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a beautiful screened in pool. The location was convenient to highways, beaches, restaurants and stores. The property manager, Judi, was very helpful and most welcoming. We appreciated having bicycles available. A few suggestions to make the stay more pleasant: the hot tub was only heated from 7-9 in the evening - and only to 95 degrees. We didn't use it at all. The pool light stays on all the time and shines directly in the bedroom. The washer and dryer were only available from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The water heater in the apartment should be set at a higher temperature. Those simple changes would make this place a 4 star experience.

Wunderbar und Sorglos

Wir sind unplanmäßig nachts angekommen und waren erst in der falschen Straße, auch um 3 uhr nachts wurden wir telefonisch von Judy bis ins Appartement gelotst. Der Aufenthalt war absolut unkompliziert, alles war liebevoll vorbereitet. Bei jeder Frage gab es Unterstützung. Der Pool ist eine absolute Bereicherung und wurde all abendlich genutzt. We stayed last year and had a great time, and we wanted to stay again, luckily for us there was a cancellation at the last minute and we got to book it, great stay as usual, the cleaning staff and manager was phenomenal, highly recommended to stay here, will book again for next year

Quaint and perfect

We stayed in the starfish unit. The master bedroom had a queen bed, there was another small room off the living room that had a cute and comfortable day bed. The couch pulled out to sleep 2 however I slept on it out together as it was a very wide and comfortable couch. The kitchen was super small but had everything we needed. The only downfall was the very small tv located in the living room didn’t have network tv so the 4 of us fought over the tv. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The only recommendation would be to add a hand railing as my elderly parents with us has issues getting in and out safely. They had ample pool floats, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrella. It was about a 40 minute drive to Sanibel beaches (early morning was little to no traffic). Judi the manager was available via phone/text for any of our needs. The four of us had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this rental unit. The unit may be small, but the pool and hot tub and location made it a fantastic stay. Thanks for everything!!!!

It only remains for us to say that we have had the idea of handrails to get into the pool for some time, but we are still looking for an adequate solution. And we would like to say that this review refers to the "Apartment Seastar" and not as initially written on the Starfish unit (the studio Starfish is a 1-room studio apartment without a separate bedroom).

A great get away

This was a very last minute booking and was a clean and centrally located apartment. We did not meet Judy as we left in the morning before she checked us in and we had an early departure time for checkout. We had no issues as instructions where clear and concise on how to get into the building and what was needed for checkout. Also my damage deposit has already been refunded, 2 days after checkout! Overall this is a perfect location and a very clean rental. Everything was as advertised and my only suggestion would be better pillows. I would stay here again!

Nice Vacation Place

Very clean and well stocked place. It has pretty much everything you need, except for an Iron which I didn't bring this time because in other places where I stayed in the past they always have one. Also use for address in your GPS 604 SE 46th Terrace (instead of Street), Cape Coral - FL 33904. We arrived there a 3am and it was so confusing to enter to several parking lots trying to find the street address. Overall a very nice and comfy place to stay once we got to it.

Please note: there is an iron in the laundry room! We would be happy if you keep our rental in mind for any future trips to Florida!

Had a great time at Seastar. The accommodation was perfect for the three of us.

My wife,daughter and myself stayed here for five nights recently after spending seven nights in Orlando visiting the theme parks. This place was just heavenly. Very peaceful, the pool was great to cool off in after relaxing in the Florida sun and the hot tub was a nice touch for lounging in after the sun had gone down. The room had everything we needed and Judy could not have been more helpful. Would recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in the sun and or a base to vist other places like Fort Myers and Naples which are one hour drive away. The Yacht Club in Cape Coral has great little beach and the Tiki Bar has very welcoming staff. Would recommend for 3 or 4 people.

2 bedroom was more like a 1 bedroom and a closet

The second bedroom was more a closet than a bedroom, it didn't even have a door and only had a single bed. My son was forced to sleep on the couch. Clean apartment, convenient location, but don't try to put 4 adults there.

We are a little disappointed with the review as the description from the apartment says that the second bedroom offers 1 twin (single) bed and you can see from the pictures that there is a curtain as a partition to the living room. Nevertheless, we believe that this review may be helpful for future guests who are also reading advertisements merely superficially, too, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
