This recently remodeled home sits right on the beach, for a front row seat to the Pacific Ocean. Recently remodeled, this house features an all new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, and new paint and flooring throughout both levels of the home. Vacationing with several families? ...Well, there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, and play!
THE LAY OUT:
UPSTAIRS: the kitchen, family room & sitting room all provide stunning views of the ocean; two bedrooms (queen, king); and a full bathroom (w/bathtub).
DOWNSTAIRS: large bonus family room offers endless entertainment with both a pool table & foosball table; large bedroom with queen bed (new window recently installed); very large bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds plus a full bed (new window recently installed); full bathroom (w/shower); utility room w/washer & dryer; and garage.
2 large screen HD TV's with Cable programming, Wireless Wi-fi, and land (phone) line (for local calls) are all provided.
Deck has several chairs, a picnic table, and a propane gas bbq.
There is a level, short path leading out to the beach from the back deck.
This locale is typically private, quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time at this home. The floor plan worked out really well for our families. The stairs were a bit much for one of our aging family member but once in, it was fine. Well equipped to meet all of our needs. However, it needs either another bathroom or an updated one in basement with more room. The path to the beach was pretty overgrown and just needs some attention. An outdoor dining table would have also been nice to enjoy the deck. Screens on all of the windows would have been extremely helpful so we weren’t hanging out with bugs. Overall, very happy with property and would love to return again!!

The beautiful house was exactly as described and met our vacation needs perfectly. We had two families with 5 kids total between 7-16 years old. The downstairs bunkroom and attached private bedroom were the absolutely perfect setup for all the kids, along with the game room. We rarely saw the kids upstairs! The main level "upstairs" was large and had plenty of room for all of us. We never felt cramped for space. The house was amazingly clean for a beachfront property and had all the amenities we needed. A short walk through the dunes and we were on the sandy beach. We lucked out with perfect weather - sunny, warm and absolutely no wind! The neighborhood was quiet and we had a few deer visitors each day. The road in to the neighborhood needs some TLC, but we just made sure to drive slow (as you should through a small neighborhood) and it did not impact our trip in any way. We have stayed in Rockaway Beach once before and we really love the location, as it's not too busy, but still has amenities nearby. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Kitchen is very well stocked! Main living area is upstairs and i would not recommend if you dont like stairs! Beach walk is easy! Garage has many beach toys ans fun things. Shake out all bedding especially down in the basement room's. We had 4 live spiders crawling on the bed. And one who dropped from the top bunk. Kids would not sleep in there. Game room is a great hangout.

This property provides private, exceptional beach access - it’s own short pathway to the sea. The deck is large and offers ringside sunset viewing. Inside the dining and living area is very comfy and roomy and the kitchen layout works well. The beds were comfy and everyone had fun in the game room.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay at the house. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to the beach which was walkable for all ages. The house had everything one would need, I really appreciate the wonderful kitchen supplies as we cooked quite a bit.

For our family of 5 this house was perfect in terms of location (heading into Rockaway or up to Manzanita; or walking out the back door and down a short path to the beach) and amenities. Highly recommend!

10 of us from 3 generations agree best beach stay yet. Clean and spacious, every need anticipated. Bonfires on the beach, surf fishing, games and quiet time. 2 nearby excursions we enjoyed: strolling through nearby antique shops and the short hike out to the hidden cove at Short Sand Beach.

Space For Everyone!

This house had so much space! 3 lounge areas, large patio, and decent sized bedrooms. Kitchen was so well stocked with every kind of cookware you may need. Quick walk to the beach and great view from large windows. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is VRBO at its finest - really! Everything we needed was there - plenty of paper goods, laundry and dish soap, toys and games for the kids, plus a high chair, etc. etc. But the absolutely best is the view, the deck and the proximity to the beach. The responsiveness of the owners was great too. Our entire family was happy here! Thank you!
