Great house in a wondeful location. We enjoyed all the house amenities. Basketball, pool, game table, big screen, as well as local amenities. Awsome ATV trails, palasades reservoir and golf course.
House is clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. Be sure that your vehicle can make it up the driveway. It’s steep and unpaved so if you don’t have a AWD you may have a tough go. Only challenge was most of the bathrooms were missing towels. In the laundry room there was a stack of unfolded towels but we weren’t sure if they were clean or not. I’m certain that this was just an oversight as the hosts were great to work with.
Our family planned a vacation of fishing, ATV riding the Arapeen Trail system and lakeside fun at Palisades reservoir! Sterling, Utah is the place for all of that. The house is in the perfect location and has the amenities to make the stay more enjoyable. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The theatre room was fun for the kids. The basketball court was an added bonus. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the entire experience.
We loved every minute of our stay. The home was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable! We had 16 people and fit very comfortably. Palisades State Park is even better then we imagined and loved spending our days there. We went and ate at the golf course (which is just a minute down the road) and really enjoyed the restaurant and the beautiful views! The movie room was fantastic! Also we loved playing basketball on the court outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Towels and washcloths were hid in one of the bathrooms.Floor was dirty, microwave was dirty, 3 of the 4 stovetop eye drip pans were the wrong size(could not use).No instructions on where AC controls were.
Nice large cabin located across the street from lake
Our party consisted of two families getting together with friends for a weekend of fun at Palisades Lake and golfing.
The home was perfect location, we really just parked the cars and walked back and forth from the lake to the house. Everyone had a nice comfy bed to sleep in and the kids loved the pool table and basketball court.
We had a fire one night and it was awesome because the property has firewood there for you to burn.
The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and anything you may need.
Would recommend this cabin if you have multiple families and are looking for some lake and golf fun.

Family Memorial Day Trip
Just being able to stay all together with all our children and grandchildren in a beautiful cabin was amazing. We went to Scandanavion Days, Candies on Main, went on paddle boards and a kayak in the lake. Took the 4 wheelers on some amazing trails, had a corn hole and basketball tournament. Talked and laughed, Cooked together, sat around the fire pit and gazed at the stars. We had a wonderful time. Maria was awesome. She answered all our questions and was great to work with.
My family and extended family stayed at this location for several nights to celebrate a reunion of sorts. The house while dated slightly, is a hidden gem in this area and worth your time staying here. The owners are exceptional in their efforts to ensure your stay is great and stress free. Communication was spot on and helpful always. The bedrooms are set up for all ages and the theater room was a hit with our teenagers. Hot water never ended, and the AC was great and welcome after being outside on the lake. The firepit was a nice finale after enjoying several days here with family. Highly recommend!!!

Tired, needs attention , not worth the money
The house is in a great location if you want to enjoy the mountains. However, the condition is not great. Weeds and trash on the outside. Clutter inside. The kitchen is filled with a lifetime of worn and hand me down pots, pans , knives and appliances that are not fully functioning. The bottom of the drawers were filthy and half used food items were in the cabinets. The linens are worn and the couch is filled with stained pillows. The fan in the bedroom was coated with dust and the windows were filthy. All in all I expected more for the price. The grill was so bad it took about an hour to clean it to a basic level of fixed filth. The cameras were excessive and felt creepy.. I could go on, but in short I will not be back.

Hi Richard, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- We were unaware of any issues or concerns you may have had during your stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
- We take great pride in providing a great guest experience for all our guests, and our guest safety is our number one priority, we do note on the listing that security cameras are present outside the home, they do not look or face into the home, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

We were returning customers, but mostly because we loved the location.Last trip we had several laundry and kitchen issues, that never got addressed. This time we contacted the owners prior to booking, and they assured us everything was addresed and in working order. NOT TRUE!House is full of bugs, have not sprayed in a while.3 of the showers didn't drain, they didn't send someone until day 3 to fix.All those people did was to poor some liquid in the tubs, which didn't fix the issue, needs a real plumber to show up and unclog.1 of the showers didn't work, repair person came on 3rd day, dismantled the shower and never returned. So no shower in that bedroom.2nd day we were there, HVAC literarly froze and stopped working. After 24 hours of being turned off, it finally defrosted and worked again.Owner took no action.Furniture is dirty and in bad repair.House is also fairly dirty, cleaning is only done on some surfaces. One of the bedrooms has multiple beds that have wall signs stating that nobody over 100lbs can use them... they don't disclose this in their rental advertising. 2 people had to sleep on dirty couches.Overall... very dissappointing experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
It's a great location. More than we hoped for.
The home has a lot of fun amenities for an enjoyable time.
Suggestions: There was some ware and tear when we arrived. The main floor couch had a couple of seams coming apart and also some of the couch pillows (as well as stains).
The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable hard.
Having said that, we loved the place!!
What a fabulous place! If you're looking to spend some time at Palisade State park or ride UTV's up the canyon, this cabin could not be better! It's literally less than a block from the park and a block the other way to the road up 6 mile canyon. Cabin was very functional for our large family gathering. Kitchen could have used some basic supplies. Bring your own saran wrap, tin foil, baggies, tupperwares casserole dishes etc. But the bb court got used a ton, the theater room was grandkid central, and so nice to have so many showers. Loved our stay!
We enjoyed our time. The house was beautiful with a large number of rooms for family to stay. It is close to the small lake. We spent one day swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding until many in the group were red from the sun. :)
It is close to Manti where we were able to enjoy an evening session. We even spent time watching the horse pulls at the county fair.
Thanks for the wonderful weekend!!!!
Clean and nice appearance.
Shortage of bath towels and the single beds were pretty uncomfortable. The air conditioner was not working to full capacity. Pretty warm upstairs.
We enjoyed how close it was to Palisade and the activities there.
Overall it was a nice place to stay.
The house was perfect for our extended family. We went riding on our side by sides everyday and loved leaving right from the house, and coming back to showers. The kids loved riding on the cement pad out back but about gave grandma a heart attack.. wish you had a guard rail up. Loved the view of the Palisades! Overall... we give it a 10
I loved our stay cabin was beautiful and great entertainment in the cabin my daughter enjoyed her self playing outside just minor complications we had to has to go in town to get propane and we were down a sink but overall it was manageable eith other bathrooms in the cabin. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
The cabin was clean and inviting. A lot of amenities, i.e. 4 wheeling roads, lake (although it was very low and unusable from little rain), view, biking, and lots of wildlife to watch.
Gorgeous cabin with plenty of space. Fun basement with movie area, pool table and a table to play games made it nice that we could do all those things together in the same room. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond to questions.
