This property is less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Charlottetown and walking distance to Kinlock beach and Fox Meadows golf course. Kinlock beach is a perfect spot to relax with young children and when the tide is low, you can watch them run around and collect hermit crabs. Wonderful place to stay !

Very nice and comfortable home !Everything grogeries and beach very close .We were close to family. My adult kids and children got to explore the island .House was very spacious. Thanks we made great memories!

Perfect Spot

My friends and I stayed with our kids who were going to hockey camp. It was a great space and great base to explore Charlottetown and surrounding areas and get our kids to and from camp everyday.

Lovely PEI getaway!

This was very lovely home with plenty of room for 8 people and was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the balconey looking out over the strait. We also appreciated the fireplace during the cooler evenings. All was to our expectations and more. Brodie was quick to reply and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home to anyone!

Great location

Enjoyed our time here, especially sitting out on deck with a coffee and a great view. Good location for daily sightseeing around the island. Would come back again. Brodie was an excellent host.

I grew up in Stratford and love the area. We outgrew the home with a growing family and now we want to give you the opportunity to experience it.

Why they chose this property

This property caught my eye and hit everything off my check list. It was on a mature treed lot, had a wonderful walkout basement, and offered a stunning waterview. It's private and so close to anything you may need.
