We really enjoyed this property! The house is super spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you’d need while away, especially at the beach. The property was even better in person than shown in the pictures. The location is awesome and everything is only about a 10 minute walk straight down the road. Richard was responsive and adaptable to requests we made. I would gladly come back!!

Location was great with quick waking access to the beach. Communication with the host was wonderful. Since my wife is gluten free, we eat in a lot on vacation so it would have been nice to have more options for storing leftovers, but that is the only negative of the incredible San Diego getaway.

We loved the location! We didn’t even need a rental car to get to places. There were so many coffee shops, restaurants, and beach locations just a short walking distance away. Beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. Loved every day we were there! Plus we loved that they had various beach items available to us!

Great place! Parking was a bit of a pain, though not the owners fault. We had 6 people on the trip so had to rent a large SUV. If we had a had a regular size vehicle it would have been great. Very close to the beach and food venues, comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. Would rent again.

Very nice house! Perfect for a wedding weekend. Sheets and towels smelled and looked clean. Cleaning crew was great! House is very close to everything (gas, groceries, food). Owner was nice and he responds very quickly. Loved it!

Great location, near the beach and restaurants, bars, and shops in an area with a “neighborhood” feel. It was great to have a dedicated parking spot with the unit because street parking was hard to come by. Check in and out was easy, place was clean, host responded to questions promptly, and the unit was well equipped with beach gear, coffee, and even body wash and shampoo. The only possible issue was no hvac vent in 1 bedroom, but the room cooled down at night after opening the window awhile.

Very nice and quiet area to stay. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of things. It’s still convenient to walk toward LaJolla area for meals or over to Pacific beach or Mission beach for dinner. Very relaxing and just what we needed.Thank you for hosting us.
