Silia's apartment at Aktio with private beach

This is a beautiful 80m2 apartment with a garden view towards olive trees and a fruit orchard. There is a private beach (200m walk), which is accessed via a private path. The apartment is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. A popular kite surfing school is located 300m from the beach. The idyllic island of Lefkada and the picturesque city of Preveza are only 10mins and 15mins away by car respectively.

The apartment consists of two beautiful sun-drenched rooms. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed. The apartment is minimally decorated. The bathroom is spacious and contains a washing machine and toiletries from The Body Shop. The kitchen has all necessary amenities (including a Nespresso coffee machine) and a basket with local produce is provided on arrival. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed. There is a TV in the living room as well as a pocket Wi-Fi connection. A portable barbeque is provided in the garden.
