This property was comfortable, convenient to our activities, and the owner communicated adequately. The unit had everything we needed, including access to a hot tub after a long day of hiking! We own a VRBO, so we had high expectations, which were met. We will hopefully stay here again if we come back to Summit County.
Our Favorite vacation rental of all time in Summit County. We have been spending Summertime in Summit for 30 years and Ruth’s Condo is the very Best ! Perfectly located within easy access to all the recreation that Summit has to offer. Super clean and well appointed . There is a wonderful green space accessible right outside the door. I can’t speak to Winter time but I am sure it’s just as magical. Shuttle to Keystone and Summit Stage Free bus close by. Highly recommend!
Wonderful stay at this property! Townhome was centrally located with easy access to all Summit County locations. Very comfortable and great having a kitchen for quick meals. Thank you, Ruth, for the great time! We hope to be back again.
We skied Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge. The place was perfect. It was fully stocked and very clean. The extreme cold prevented us from using the hot tub, but it was a short walk from the condo. Would definitely recommend this property.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Unit was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything we would need for our stay. The owner (Ruth) was extremely responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!
Was in town for work, so really only slept there, but would definitely recommend it. Plenty of space for a family or two couples. Clean. Very quiet. Easy to get to. Communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay there again.
2nd time staying at this property. Very clean; kitchen well-stocked for cooking. Beds comfortable. Owner is very responsive to any questions. Thanks for another great stay!

So glad you had a good time. We want our place to have all the necessities so you can spend your time enjoying what Summit County and Colorado have to offer.
Was the exactly what the post advertised. Perfect for four friend to spend 4 days at Keystone. The shuttle to the mountain made it even better! Would stay again.
Great location on the bus route, nicely updated interior, comfortable bed, host was great (she even got us a crockpot to use so we did not have to bring ours). Lots of little things were great- coffee for brewing, olive oil, spices, washer detergent. We stayed just under 2 weeks and would recommend this condo and host to anyone.

About the host
Hosted by Ruth Brocko
Long-time residents of Colorado, John and Ruth both attended university in Boulder and met through friends after completing degrees in engineering and geology. Work keeps us in the Denver area much of the time, but retreating to the mountains is always appealing.
Why they chose this property
Skiing has been a major part of John's life. We can ski all day or stop over for a few runs and still have time to do other activities. We enjoy the summer weather during hikes and biking around Summit County. Summer festivals, music at the Frisco amphitheater, and time with friends fill the days we spend in Keystone.
What makes this property unique
We love that a hiking trail is just steps away. It is convenient to Keystone's base area, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
