This luxurious 10 bedroom boutique resort is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country in Pokolbin. We are surrounded by award winning restaurants, vineyards and cellar doors, many within walking distance.

At Nu Leaf we provide groups of friends, corporate groups and families with flexible options to retreat from your every day. Be it for business, wellness, celebrations, togetherness or just to relax and have fun, Nu Leaf is the ultimate, exclusive space with world class facilities set amidst the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, just 2 hours from Sydney.

Included in the cost for 12 guests is our 6 bedroom configuration, our 8 bedroom configuration which sleeps up to 16 guests or our 10 bedroom configuration for up to 24 guests. Whichever you choose you will have exclusive use of the property. All bedrooms have ensuites. Either self-cater or let us create a custom retreat to suit your needs. Featuring an on site Day Spa, indoor heated mineral pool, jet spa, steam room, gym and outdoor pool with sundeck combined with luxurious accommodation, Nu leaf is the perfect all season venue.

Rooms 1 - 8 are very spacious with air conditioning, ensuite, indoor and outdoor seating with views of the vines. Room 9 and 10 are smaller and and do not have an outdoor area or view.

We are located on the newly upgraded Hermitage Road which now features a picturesque cycle track. Electric bike hire can be organised. Pigs Peak, Tintilla, Mistletoe and Peter Draytons wineries are within walking distance.

Nu Leaf is the perfect venue for family gatherings, small corporate events, hen weekends, yoga retreats, and fun weekends away.

Botanica, Yellow Billy and Peter Draytons Brewhouse are close by for dining.

My new favourite place to stay in the Hunter!

Clean rooms, beautiful amenities, and within walking distance to 3 wineries and a brewery. The pictures simply do not do it justice.

Wonderful facilities and space.

It is a great property with fantastic facilities for either big families or friends to get together. We loved that we had our own space with our rooms and ensuites, but could come together and share the common areas and facilities to enjoy time together.

This property is simply amazing! It was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything you could ever want in a holiday home. Jo and Sarah were so great to deal with and very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Best stay and host ever

The property is beyond what you would imagine, driving into the property, I mistook the accommodation as the reception and was beyond excited to be staying here for a weekend. It is close to everything in Hunter Valley.

Originally from Bath in the UK I have spent most of my adult life in Sydney on the Northern Beaches before making a tree change to the Beautiful Hunter Valley. I live on site here with Basil my dog, but often head back to Sydney to visit my children who are now all grown up.

Why they chose this property

I loved this property as soon as I saw it, it's so peaceful here. The rooms have been renovated and are now very calming with extremely comfortable beds. It is also a bonus having a spa on site.
