Dolina meaning “Valley” is a newly renovated 6 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house and guest barn that has been elegantly custom designed to accommodate up to 14 guests in great style. Bursting with charm, Dolina is located opposite the Hunter’s picturesque Wandin Valley Estate wedding venue, cellar door and restaurant, providing you and your guests with just a short stroll to your first wine tasting, lunch or celebratory event. Located close to the best offerings on Lovedale Road, including Leaves and Fishes Restaurant, Binet Family Wines, Tatler Wines, Binnorie Dairy Cheese Factory Dolina gives you even more reasons to be your favourite place to stay.
Step inside and be transported into a fresh and calm designer space full of light, character and comfort, perfect for groups of family, friends, girls getaways, celebratory or wedding accommodation. The main house has 3 stylish bedrooms with lux beds and 2.5 bathrooms and features an enormous open-plan living area with high raked ceilings, dining table for fourteen, a river stone wall, wood combustion fire place, sumptuous leather sofas to sink into, WiFi and a large screen TV. French doors open up from the living area on to a generous full-length rear verandah, so you can relax outside, enjoy a bbq whilst taking in the peaceful views across Dolina’s five bushland acres and fully fenced dam. A new kitchen with coffee machine will be the perfect place to create plates of gourmet fare from local providores, and why not crack open a fine bottle Hunter wine from your cellar door visits.
Staying in the Dolina’s barn located adjacent to the main house is a real treat. What may appear to be a regular barn from the outside is a very stylish story on the inside. The Guest Barn features three beautifully appointed 'Hampton-esque' guest suites where up to six guests will enjoy the high ceilings, luxurious bedding as well as a glamorous full bathroom with deep claw foot tub and chandelier. And for those who enjoy a game or two, Dolina features a new games room adjacent to the pool area, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, TV and air-conditioning to entertain guests.
Both the main house and guest barn are fully air-conditioned throughout to be enjoyed in any season. Dolina is the perfect blend of location, charm and style for your next group or family stay in the Hunter Valley.
A new sparkling in-ground swimming pool is located behind the house, which also features a separate toilet facility near the pool area to allow your guests more time in the warmer months to relax and splash around.
Please note, Dolina has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.
