The property is conveniently located just 2 minute drive to The Vintage Golf Course and Amanda’s on the Edge or 5 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Brokenwood, Tamburlaine, First Creek, Bimbadgen Estate, Hope Estate, Roche Estate, Degen Wines, Blueberry Hill, Calais Estate and many more. Villa Vigneto is also ideal for wedding accommodation and is designed with large group accommodation in mind.

Villa Vigneto is roomy and rustic in style and has an open plan interior, a great kitchen to make catering a breeze, sun-filled billiards room with 10 foot table and French doors that open out to the pool terrace on one side and the BBQ area on the other. Relax poolside in the summer months and take in the views across the vineyard to the Brokenback Range beyond with a glass of single vineyard wine. With air conditioning and fans throughout, the property is very comfortable in all seasons and guests especially love in winter, snuggling up in the sitting room and enjoying the wood burning fireplace. The property also has a fully equipped laundry for your convenience.

For those wishing to explore, hire a bike and discover all the wineries and cellar doors on Deasys Road and along the Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Villa Vigneto's super location also means that when you’re next enjoying a concert at one of our wonderful Hunter venues, concert collection and drop off by Rover Coaches is available from the property.

Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 14 guests from $1846 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 14 guests from $1385 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Additional adults $84 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $64 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
