You will say “perfect” when you see this 1st floor walkup condo with views of San DeLuna courtyard and the Pensacola Bay. This spacious walkup townhouse will sleep 10 guests. It is tailor-made for a large family or two couples.

The main floor kitchen, half bath, dining area, and living room have breathtaking views. The sofa makes into a queen-size bed for two guests. The second floor has two full bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and great bay water views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Younger members of the group will love escaping to the loft area. The loft has two Futons that make into full-size beds. A television makes this area comfy and enjoyable.

The rear deck looks out over the Pensacola Bay, the courtyard which includes the swimming pool, tennis courts, and the Barbecue area. Lots of deck options like lunch, dinner, or just a place to relax and enjoy a cocktail.

Great spot for family getaway.

Property was in a great location. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Plenty of beds and places to sleep without overcrowding. Kitchen and fridge were spacious enough. Convenient parking underneath condo which kept vehicles cool. Easy check-in and check-out. Manager provided us with lots of information and answered all questions.

My family stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The condo is spotless and right on the bay. Two minute walk to the beach and located close to stores. Owner is amazing and responds quickly to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved the location of the condo. We have small children so access to the bay side was perfect for them. Only complaint is the condo could have been cleaned a little better. The floor was so gross. Hadn’t been swept or mopped. I did tell the property manager after we checked out and they apologize! Told us we could have requested it to be cleaned. Communication was great!!

Mardi Gras get away

We wanted to get away from the Mardi Gras crowd in Louisiana for a change and lo and behold ran right into the Pensacola Beach Mardi Gras parade. Not really a bad thing except for the unexpected traffic and the fact that these folks managed to drink all the draft beer on the island (again not necessarily a bad thing). All together it was a great stay and we were glad to be back at San de Luna.

Nice stay and great location

This property is within walking distance of quiet deserted beaches (Fort Pickens) but not too far away from entertainment, shops and restaurants. We loved having the choice of the pool, the beach or the bay. Property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed watching the Blue Angles practice from our back deck overlooking the bay and crossing the road to walk the beaches at sunrise looking for sea shells.

This was one of our favorite locations for our family vacation! The house was great and the location was pure perfection! The gulf was across the street which was NEVER busy to cross. The private beach at the bay was nothing short of AMAZING and was literally steps away. The pool, tennis courts, and bbq pit was also just steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this place.

Walk out of you home straight to the bay. The beach is just across the street which is not busy. Privacy and plenty of room. There are two full beds at the very top, a master king and a queen on the second. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
