This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Broadmoor 304 is what the perfect beach vacation is made of. This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental nestled on the 3rd floor will make you feel right at home. The cozy living room which features an electric fireplace will allow you to immerse yourself in pure relaxation. The floor to ceiling windows which lead to the private balcony which faces the Gulf of Mexico will provide great sounds of the waves washing ashore. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home cooked seafood meal.

The light in the primary bedroom is mesmerizing. Lay down on the king bed after a day on the beach and watch the dolphins splash around. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Lose yourself at the exclusive secluded Broadmoor Condominiums. Located in the peaceful east end of Orange Beach where condos are few and far between showcasing the amazing views and creating the perfect beach getaway for you and your family. This beautiful complex boasts great amenities for the entire family.

There is a 2-car limit which is strictly enforced. Monthly rentals available November to March 1st. No pets are permitted. This is a non-smoking property. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent. --------

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Broadmoor 304

I liked the spaciousness and proximity to the beach. Very close. The carpets were filthy. The fridge didn’t cool very well and the dryer took min of 3 full cycles to dry a hand full of clothes. And they failed to mention there was serious ongoing construction in the building. It wasn’t awfully distracting. Still enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay.

The condo was really nice and a great location. The view was amazing! The only problem was that sound of the jackhammering going on every day due to the repairs being made.

Nice condo, not so nice check in process

Great location and nice pool area and beach access. Biggest frustration for us was driving thirty minutes one way to the property management office to pick up keys before check in, and then making that same thirty minute one way trip when we checked out. Major inconvenience to add extra car time to our 12 hour trip! Building is pretty dated, but all in all a great trip and nice stay.

Nice Condo

The main reason we were attracted to the property was the fireplace featured in the listing. Turns out it is not operable for guests. The Master bedroom mattress was not comfortable resulting in sporadic sleep. The tv in the den was off the normal input and it took a lot of time to figure that out. A set of instructions would have helped. Otherwise this is a nice condo and we enjoyed the time there.

Perfect Stay!

We loved the size of this unit. Not too big or too small, just right for our family of four! Even though it was 4th of July week, it was quiet and the weather was nice. Would stay here again for sure!
