Located on West Beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. This condo has been totally renovated and has new kitchen cabinets and appliances, including a stand-alone icemaker, ensuring plenty of ice for those hot summer days on the beach. The large U-shaped kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to prepare a wonderful meal. There are also new cabinets in all of the bathrooms. This 22nd floor non-smoking condo is on the east corner with breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and sparkling water so clear you can see the dolphins and an occasional shark! Floor-to-ceiling view of ocean and front balcony access from Living Room and Master Bedroom. 9 foot ceilings throughout. Balcony access from 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with view of ocean and lagoon. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath. There are 2 king-sized beds and 1 queen bed in the bedrooms. New mattresses were purchased for all three beds just recently. We have a new sleeper sofa and 2 recliners in the Living Room. There is a queen-sized air mattress and a twin-sized fold out mattress for more extra sleeping space.
The Living Room and all bedrooms have a flat-screen television. Free Wi-Fi is included. Master Bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. You will also find beach chairs for guest use in there. We only ask that you wash the sand off them before bringing them back inside. Other amenities include an indoor infinity heated pool on the 3rd floor and also an outdoor infinity pool, both overlooking the gulf. The building has 150 ft. frontage on Gulf of Mexico. There is a fitness center w/steam/sauna on the 4th floor overlooking gulf, a BBQ Area beside building, and a mostly covered parking garage with a 2-car maximum per unit. The cost of the parking passes are included in your quote ($35 ea. with a limit of 2 passes per unit). The passes will be in the condo upon your arrival. There are 2 high-speed elevators. Building has interior sprinkler and smoke detector system, and it is a completely reinforced concrete structure. Close to restaurants. Within walking distance to the Pier and the Hangout.
