Gated property, Private entrance, with a secluded private quaint brick patio. Outdoor dining area. Beautiful view of lush English Gardens. Vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet with iron & board, mirror, kitchenette.

Comfortable Queen bed, clock radio, laundry facility. Hi/speed Wi-Fi, fireplace, computer desk, Roku TV , mini kitchenette set up, includes fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot kettle, and microwave. Tile bathroom with tub shower, blow dryer. Large walk in closet .
On-site parking. Outside smoking only, no pets. $10/night extra guests fee. Natural stone pool & Jacuzzi , let me know ahead of time to heat Jacuzzi In the cold weather there is a fee of $20 per hour. In summer fee is applied for time after 1 hour of use . Pool is unheated. Dry sauna is available for a $20 fee.
Beach Umbrella and ice chest available. Laundry available for 7 days or longer stay is free. less than a 7 day stay there is a $5 fee per load.

No extra overnight guests that aren't part of the reservation. Smoking and 420 are fine as long as it's outside away from any open windows.
Bluetooth in bedroom clock radio. Bluetooth speakers at the pool.

Protected by 3 outdoor Ring cameras at outdoor entrances.

Amazing find! The property is truly magical and Linda is the perfect host. So many thoughtful touches inside and out. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the abundant outdoor space offered many peaceful places to relax. The grounds are an enchanting oasis of plants and sculpture around a lovely pool. Incredible value. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Love this place

Linda is a wonderful host. Everything about this place is terrific. I loved taking a swim in the pool and enjoying all the touches Linda has done to the outside area. I will definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

Our stay in Northridge was great. Linda is an exceptional host. From the bedding to the blinds on the window ( I like sleeping in a dark room), to the waters in the fridge and the little chocolates on the dresser, it was all so perfect. The place was quiet and the surrounding area is beautifully landscaped with lots of trees and flowers. All the instructions were clear and detailed.

BEWARE OF THIS VILE HOST.

Do yourself a favor and book another place. Context- I was supposed to be in LA for a month. My father was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks before but I was convinced to go anyway. After I got there I decided to go home because I just wanted to be with my dad while he goes through radiation. I informed the host via text and spoke to her face to face. She seemed pretty compassionless. I called Vrbo and asked how to check out early they told me she had to do it on her end plus come to an agreement on a refund. I texted her that got no response. Left in the morning, sent another text, no response. After several weeks of sending messages she still has not responded to myself AND Vrbo!!!! You think someone who owns a business would be more aware! So I'm out thousands of dollars for a one night stay. PLUS I come to find out I would be sharing the property with other Vrbo properties which was not listed in the description. This woman is vile and heartless. But you know what they say KARMA! How many of you guys wanna bet she'll respond to this because it's public 🤔 #I'vegotreceipts

A magical place to stay...

This rental was so special because Linda thought of EVERYTHING to make her guests comfortable: an egg-crate mattress topper (swoon!,) luxurious high-count sheets, a pantry with lots of snacks and a fridge stocked with soft drinks. She even had the next morning’s continental breakfast waiting for us! We enjoyed the two thick terry robes, and the radiant fireplace gave extra warmth and a romantic glow to our visit! Extensive gardens surrounded the house...and we were lucky to see the amazing Christmas decorations. Thank you, Linda, for sharing this welcoming place with us! We certainly hope to stay with you on our next visit to California. Your new friends, Gail and Tim
