About this property

It has a fenced yard for your dogs. 20lbs or under dog please ask 1st before u bring. I do charge the extra cleaning fee $100each pet. regardless of type of dog. I have people with allergies…screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a house and it is actually 4 bedrooms, 1440 square foot, with a living room and a granite countertops washer and dryer 2 queen size bed’s, 1-full, 4th BR we turned into a nursery has twin bed & crib..Its Half mile from goats on the roof off wears Valley Road… is up enough to have a nice view of the mountains with the feel of being secluded even though you are so close to town ..it is a shared driveway. It is very peaceful place to stay.There is an office space for those who need to do a little work while your here.. Please be aware that we are in the country and do have a well, that why the 6 people limit. The WELL…we do treat the water aswell…there are 5 steps to the porch. covered parking for 2 cars. paved road up to our driveway as well. address is sevierville put we are just a couple hundred feet from the pigeon forge line. There is a fire pit for your use..SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! Fee if Smoke inside my house….

Just like home

We love Barb's place! This is our second time staying here. Already planning to return next Christmas! All the comforts of home, cozy, roomy, and all around wonderful atmosphere. Barb is awesome, and really puts time and effort into assuring her guest are comfortable. A bonus- just a short druve to main strip in Pigeon Forge, very convenient location, but also a private feel.

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a very nice, clean and peaceful place to stay. Barbara was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The amenities were plentiful. It was a wonderful place to stay. Will stay there again in the future.

Barbara’s Place

We had a great time! The place was neat and clean! We enjoyed the stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. I am handicapped and the front stairs was a booger for us and my walker, but even with that, I definitely would come back again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home! Martha
