It has a fenced yard for your dogs. 20lbs or under dog please ask 1st before u bring. I Do charge the extra cleaning fee $100each pet. regardless of type of dog. I have people with allergies…screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a house and it is actually 4 bedrooms, 1440 square foot, with a living room and a granite countertops washer and dryer 3 queen size bed’s, 1-twin. 4th BR we turned into a nursery has twin bed & crib..I'm Half mile from goats on the roof off wears Valley Road… is up enough to have a nice view of the mountains with the feel of being secluded even though you are so close to town ..it is a shared driveway. It is very peaceful place to stay.There is an office space for those who need to do a little work while your here.. Please be aware that we are in the country and do have a well, that why the 6 people limit. The WELL…we do treat the water aswell…there are 5 steps to the porch. covered parking for 2 cars. paved road up to our driveway as well. address is sevierville put we are just a couple hundred feet from the pigeon forge line. There is a fire pit for your use..SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! Fee if Smoke inside my house….

Very clean house. All appliances work. Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen is nice. New washer and dryer is nice. Great location too, only a few minutes to the main road in Pigeon Forge. Goats on the Roof Alpine Coaster is like a mile down the road and it’s fun too! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again next time!

My husband and 2 dog kids stayed at Barbara’s place. It is homey and comfortable! Anything you might need is available to you. We appreciated the fenced in front yard for our fur kids. We had comfortable beds, great WiFi, and lots of room. I highly recommend Barbara’s place for your next getaway.

Beautiful property. We plan to stay there from now on. We usually go every year, but next year we are going on a cruise, but we will be back in 2027. The cabin is well stocked with pots , pans, and dishes. We left some mustard and ketchup packets in the cabinet. Lol

Outstanding Getaway

My family and I decided to get away for a long awaited get together and this property was just outstanding. The location was near numerous attractions and restaurants. It was VERY clean and pleasant. The property manager was in contact to make sure our questions and needs were met and that we were pleased with the amenities. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone that would be visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

This was a great place. So private and quiet seemed out in the country but only a few minutes to town and all access to entertainment. Clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Barbara’s place is located in an excellent location for all things Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Great house, comfy beds and lots of room for our family. Our fur babies enjoyed the fenced in yard. Would definitely stay here again.
