Charming cottage in a tranquil North Fork community, just steps from the private beach. Newly renovated, in a quiet area surrounded by trees, full of light and sea breeze. Within just an hour drive from the city, you will find all the pleasures of countryside, beautiful nature, and picturesque sunsets. At the same time, the cottage is just minutes away from area’s many attractions: farms, wineries, shopping, antiques, golfing, horseback riding, and much more. An amazing place to relax and enjoy!

The cottage features two bedrooms, open kitchen with dining room, and living area with smart TV and a queen sofa bed. It has nice comfortable furniture and beach style décor, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and additional covered outdoor shower, private WiFi access, and air-conditioning. Nice fenced backyard is perfect for quiet dining and lounging. The cottage can park up to 3 cars.

The community's private beach is within 3 minute walk and two short flights of stairs - famous for its tranquil shore, which is also great for kayaking.

The cottage is a perfect fit for just a relaxing stay or for making short trips to explore the region: to beautiful towns of Greenport and Sag Harbor, Riverhead Aquarium, Splish Splash water park, and many other places.

Cute and convenient

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute and clean cottage just steps away from the beach and BEAUTIFUL sunsets...luckily we are in pretty decent shape, as there are numerous steps and hills to navigate to and from beach...good workout! Wineries, farm stands and breweries also nearby.. To sum it up...It was a great vacay Inna was very attentive and informative before and during our stay

Nice Beach House in a Great Location

We enjoyed staying in this adorable house in the Woodcliff Park development. The house was a short walk to the beach and in a very pretty and private setting. The house isn’t large, but it was comfortable for our family of 4. The owner is very responsive and is quick to follow up with helpful information. We had a fun time and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing cottage in a very family friendly beach location

The cottage was in pristine condition and cozy for 2 adults and 2 children. Inna and her husband have been very gracious hosts. The location was a big plus as you are literally steps aways from a private beach and minutes drive away from wineries and farms. We enjoyed our stayed very much and are hopeful to stay again.

Cozy little cottage

This small cottage is very nice. it's just a few minutes walk from a private beach. The house has cute beach decor through-out. The living-room is very comfy. Great back yard with plenty of seating and an outdoor shower. Perfect for a couples getaway.
