The Cottage, set on a beautiful 52 acre property in one of the most stunning locations in Australia, the scenic  and historic Wollombi in the Hunter Valley.

Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay provides quality self-contained  accommodation and is suitable for friends, families or couples, as well as gatherings and groups.

Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay is conveniently located, approximately 1 hours drive from Wahroonga M1 turn off. The village of Wollombi is just 2 minutes by car or a beautiful 15 minute walk.

​Even though the property is located within walking distance to the village,  the self-contained accommodation is totally serene and private, well away from the main road. Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay has stunning views and is abundant in domestic animals and wildlife.

​Whether you want to get away to relax, have fun,  join friends and family, or if you are planning to hold a small retreat or workshop Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay will go far in exceeding your highest expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that the quote is for The Cottage which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 depending on guests configuration. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

The Farm House is also available and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14-16 depending on guests configuration.. Minimum 2 Nights Stay $1350 per night.

The whole property can be booked for $1900 per night for Min 2 Night Stay and sleeps up to 20-22 depending on guests configuration. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were greeted on arrival to plan our farm experience - the children loved riding the Ute to feed the animals and hearing all about them. The cottage was immaculate, a great size for our family of 5 , the hosts had prepared a generous hamper including breakfast food and drinks even marshmallows for the fire pit ! There was so much to do at the farm , so childfriendly and just our luck the fireworks carnival was on just minutes down the road ! We will stay again ! Next time we’ll stay longer and make use of the hot tub and wood fired pizza oven !

Wonderful experience

A beautiful location. We had an amazing time at this operation. I highly recommend you stay here. We fed the farm animals with the caretaker Jeff, kids absolutely loved it :) great experience. Will definitely come back

A perfect stay!

Clean, modern with everything you need. Convenient location to local pub and Redleaf where we attended a wedding. Onsite care takers are very friendly and helpful. You can even help feed the animals on this hobby farm if you're so inclined. Kids would love it! Would definitely go back.

The perfect farmstay for our family

We stayed in the Cottage with our three young children under 6 and had a lovely and relaxing time close to nature and the animals. The place was so well appointed and very clean. The caretakers were very friendly and showed the kids around the farm. Would recommend this to families

We were welcomed by Jeff and Julie who showed us around and made us feel at home. The farm cottage was perfect for our weekend. The house is perfectly appointed with all the creature comforts. The house was clean, tidy and is obviously well looked after. The cattle, alpacas and chooks all added to the peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this property. Thanks Annie and Michael, Jeff and Julie - your personal touch was the icing on the cake.

The Cottage is ideal for a family or couples

The Cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to six in total depending on guests configuration. Comfortable living and dining spaces with large balcony to enjoy the view. There is also a separate TV area with additional TV + Netflix. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

​There are two bathrooms, laundry with washing machine + dryer, dining area, small rumpus area with additional TV, split system reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and gas heater in living/dining.

​There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove + oven, pots and pans, espresso machine, milk frother, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Plus TV, Foxtel, Netflix, Free-to-air, DVD, Bose Bluetooth speaker.  Linen and towels are also supplied.

​There is an outdoor fire pit, outdoor furniture setting, outdoor pizza oven and gas BBQ.

​Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 2 - 1 King bed or 2 single beds + 1 Single Bed + Trundle

Rumpus Room - 1 Single Sofa Bed (child only)

Note: Single size blow up mattress also available on request for additional $20 per stay.

There is a discreet on-site caretaker if assistance is required.

We are available to help and show how to feed the very hungry black angus cows (2) ponies (2) and horses (2) and (6) silkie chickens. The alpacas (4) aren’t as social as the other animals but you can still go in to their paddock and learn how to feed.
