About this property
Historic Stonington/Mystic Home ~ Pet Friendly
Amazing colonial home, located 3 minutes from I-95, surrounded by trees and fields. Only 5 minutes to Stonington Borough or downtown Mystic, 15 minutes to Connecticut College, Coast Guard Academy, downtown Westerly, 20 minutes to Watch Hill, Misquamicut, Ocean Beach.
Sleeps six.
Three bedrooms with three bathrooms on the second floor. First floor has dining room, eat-in kitchen, large great room and a separate library/game room. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, closet and television set. There is a raised stone patio off the back where you can sit and watch the horses graze in their pasture. You are also welcome to walk the grounds; we have wild rabbits, turkeys, chipmunks and squirrels galore, and plenty of birdlife to admire.
We live in the other house on the property and are generally available in person or by text if you need anything during your stay. However, we both work full-time and it might take time to respond to a message.

Why they chose this property
One look in August of 2001 and we fell in love! The location is perfect: quiet and rural, lots of trees. Yet we're only 5 minutes from Mystic and Stonington Borough, 10 minutes from Westerly, RI and 20 minutes from Watch Hill and Misquamicut.
What makes this property unique
Owners are nearby for assistance when needed as we live in the property's guest house, known as "the barn".
