The house was awesome, plenty of room for a family gathering of 13. We were able to cook large meals with all pots, pans, etc., everything was provided. The two large kitchen tables were excellent for playing games and having a gingerbread decorating contest. The host was really responsive to all questions about the property. Overall excellent!

Big house close to Rocky Mountain

The house and rooms were nice and big to accommodate 5 different families, all with small children. The location was close to stores and trails in town and close enough for day trips into the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP.

The perfect spot for a writing retreat!

This house has everything you need for a big group to gather, and for connection in smaller configurations too. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare amazing meals. It is close to the grocery store, walking paths and feeling close to nature and great restaurants. The perfect spot for a getaway in every season.

enough parking for six cars within 100 yards;

The home's location at the end of the cul de sac above a hillside of aspen and pine gives a feeling of privacy.

One of our favorite rentals yet! Great sledding hill right next to the house that the kids spent a lot of time on! Plenty of room, loved having king beds in all the rooms (except the awesome bunk room). Everything was clean and high quality!

Great Location in Nature

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was ideal for our party of multiple families for the Thanksgiving holiday. We found it clean and very well equipped. We did not experience any problems or challenges throughout the week. The views at sunrise and sunset were beautiful.. I hope we find our way back again soon.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. We had 20 people staying at the home and more than came over to visit but there was plenty of areas to hang out in so it never seemed to be crowded. The kitchen had a plethora of cookware to feed everyone. The coffee machine would be our only complaint, as it was very, very slow and we were making several pots each morning. I appreciated the fans in the house and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. We would absolutely stay here again.
