A tiled bathroom with custom walk in shower and QUARTZITE counter sink . Master bedroom and sunroom have DISTANCE VIEWS OF THE OCEAN . Large deck with available furniture in season. KAYAKING OR CANOEING AVAILABLE NEXT DOOR on the OGUNQUIT RIVER. A SHORT WALK TO VOTED BEST BEACHES , NORTH BEACH OGUNQUIT OR FOOTBRIDGE BEACH walk, bike or drive .Take the trolley to Ogunquit center, marginal way, Perkins Cove, shops and restaurants all near by. After enjoying Ogunquit and Wells take a short 15 min trip to charming Kennebunkport or York as well.

The condo was clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The deck was really nice to be able to sit on for breakfast or just to read a book. The pool was never too crowded and our kids loved it. Also, the location was ideal, being on the border of Ogunquit and having been to Maine tons of times, but never visiting Wells, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was clean and fresh and new. Great location on route one. 1 mile to the beach. We enjoyed every moment of being there! We definitely are going to rent it again!

Lovely condo with all the amenities we needed for an extended vacation. Communication with Joan was excellent, getting back to me very quickly. She was also very kind in changing some things to accommodate the days we needed to be there. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Tasteful place, great location

Perfect place to stay for our family of three. Minutes from Footbridge beach and in-town Ogunquit. We also found the location convenient for the grocery store (Hannaford) and mini golf. The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. It is tucked away in a quiet location next to the woods. We would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Stay

My family and I had an amazing stay at Joan’s condo. The condo was just like the listing photos. It is conveniently located on the Wells/Ogunquit line. It is close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown Ogunquit. The pool was great, especially after a beach day. Highly recommend this listing!

Lovely Vacation Rental

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at Joan’s property. We love having access to a private pool, being so close to downtown Ogunquit/Wells, as well as being a short driving distance from a handful of beaches. The property is clean and fit my family of 3 comfortably. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Wells/Ogunquit!

Elegant Beach Condo

Great house in Wells.

We stayed here for a week in July. Super clean place that was nicely decorated and had all the needed accessories. Beds/furniture were comfortable. Close enough to walk to the beaches (about 1 mile...under 20 mins). Nice AM views of the sunrise over the ocean. Very quiet at night. We'd recommend this place/would stay here again.

Beautiful place by the sea

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment, the ocean breeze came through the large windows. Very quiet complex, well situated, the bed was very comfortable. Joan answered quickly when we called her. Only downside, the large private deck is not furnished and it would have been nice to use it.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at "Not Your Average Beach House", the condo was welcoming from the minute we arrived, it was immaculate, bright and cheerful, it had all of the necessities for a weeks stay, it was conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants, our hostess Joan was very accommodating and always available if we had any questions, we look forward to returning next year !!! Nice, clean, 2 Br condo…only 1 car parking was a bit of an issue having 3 vehicles…. Also 3 miles from beach not ideal. Overall experience very good, aside from those drawbacks

We are a small private community if necessary we can sometimes with prior knowledge accommodate 2 spaces. There are several beaches 1 mile away you can see from the unit they are not 3 miles away other than Oqunquit center beach. Thank you

Family week

We loved the location of the condo as well as the pool. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. The only nuance to the condo is that the living room doesn’t have a vent for the central air and there were times we found the room quite warm. Initially we had hoped one of our children would stay in that room but that wasn’t possible due to the heat. On the whole, we had a great week.

definitely not your average beach house

Our stay at not your average beach house was quite enjoyable to say the least. The close by access to public transportation was just what we needed. The trolley took us to Ogunquit Beach, Perkins Cove, and some of the best eats around including but no limited to The Ogunquit Lobster Pound. A short ride north on rt 1 is the Steakhouse, the name says it all, truly great. The owner not your average beach house made us feel very comfortable, Every thing you would need is there,Full kitchen, washer,dryer,dishwasher, cable TV and a view of the ocean. We had a great time and plan on going back next summer. Paul.

Enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit. The location is close to both Wells and Ogunquit and many good restaurants. We also enjoyed the heated salt water pool at our condo. Joan was accommodating and prompt. She even arranged to mail some jewelry I left behind!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Le logement est très bien situé, l’accès pour la plage était a 5 minutes seulement en voiture, ce qui facilitait les choses.
