These same views are available from this comfortable 5 bedroom beachfront home, private and protected from Great Ocean Road ( a few doors from the iconic "Pole House") that has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway!

Watch the surfers and waves, the changing colours of the ocean and the glorious sunsets from the comfort of the cosy circular couch, the huge clifftop patio, the protected verandah or your own bedroom in this very comfortable home.

Open plan kitchen, dining & living with views. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Dining for 8 people. TV & DVD, Netflix and laundry. Wifi for Netflix is provided. Wifi for general use is by arrangement. Linen and towels provided.

Master bedroom with ocean views includes Queen bed & ensuite. Second and third bedroom with ocean views includes Queen bed. Fourth bedroom with Queen bed garden views & fifth bedroom with queen bed and garden views. Main bathroom has separate toilet, separate shower & separate vanity.

Expansive outdoor patio with uninterrupted 180 degree beach & ocean views at your feet, includes outdoor furniture and BBQ. Indoor patio provides weather protected area with equivalent views.

Complete ocean view

A most enjoyable experience of the Great Ocean Rd total appreciation of the expanse of this beautiful ocean totally visible from the house. My friends and myself were in awe of of the view. The house is clean, warm and extremely comfortable beds

Perfect spot for a family getaway

The house is beautiful and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You can hear the ocean from anywhere in the house and the views are spectacular. My husband and I particularly loved getting up first thing in the morning and having a swim at the beach to start our day. Lucy was fantastic to liaise with and very accommodating and helpful especially with regards to the uncertainty that COVID has created in relation to postponing trips and understanding travel restrictions. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Lucy

Mesmerising views

Immaculately clean, retro beach house with sensational views. This is a really well equipped and comfortable beach house. I always take an emergency set of sharp knives, a good frying pan and cleaning tools when renting and house. They were not needed here! Lot’s of space for everyone. Superb Ocean views from 3 bedrooms, an enclosed veranda and lounge room. The only thing missing is an outdoor shower. Prosecco and Tim tams on arrival were a welcome surprise.

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!

The property was as listed, amazing views, lovely large home with plenty of spaces to ‘get lost’. Loved sitting out on the patio watching the waves break! The house had everything we needed and was most comfortable. The owner Lucy was a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended by us both!

Stunning beachfront property

We had a fabulous stay at this very comfortable and clean beachfront property. The views overlooking Fairhaven Beach and beyond are stunning and we loved hearing the sound of the surf. The beach is a 5 minute walk away via a track a few doors down. You can also walk to Aireys inlet in 15 minutes or so to some local restaurants and cafes. There is also a fabulous pub at Aireys and Lorne and Anglesea are about a 15 minute drive away.

A very comfortable house with retro stylings and everything you could possibly need at your finger tips. The real prize here is the mesmerising 180 degree ocean views so close you can see the expression on the surfer's faces in the waves below, beach accessible by a short pathway. Thank you for a fabulous weekend at a wonderfull house by the sea. We had a wedding at Fairhaven surf club and it’s a 3 min walk to there so location was wonderfull ! Views are spectacular of the whole area and this house has everything you need to compliment your stay !

Wonderful views, very comfortable and a short walk to patrolled surf beach

Two adults - with years of experience staying in the area - and a friend from Europe stayed here in October 2018 and it was everything we expected. Great views of the ocean from inside and from the outdoor area, very comfortable living room and bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), full oven and a dishwasher. The kitchen was very well equipped - we didn't need our emergency knives, chopping boards or bottle-opener (or even our binoculars) - , the house was very clean and well presented and the welcoming chocolate and prosecco was a nice touch. We'd definitely book here again.

Perfect getaway

A short getaway with family, as you walk through the door you cant help but be drawn towards the large front window and that awesome view...so close you feel as if you could reach out and touch the waves. Loved the large round lounge, the perfect spot to watch the board riders whilst we talked, watched TV, played board games and even fell asleep after a hard day doing not much! Everything we wanted for a beach escape including very comfortable beds, strolling distance to the beach and walking distance to Aireys Inlet for coffee. We will definitely be back.
