Great place to stay near South Lake

Great property, great location. The only negative thing I would say is that the house could include more fans to cool down the property during the summer, but the wildfires were making it abnormally hot.

Close to Heavenly

Pretty awesome stay… hot tub worked, BBQ/Heater had full propane and everything was clean and ready to go. Reviews on here have said the property is poorly lit, it’s dim but not horrible and in my opinion was very cozy. Only negative thing with the place is that they solicited me afterwards to book straight through their property management service instead of VRBO, which I find highly annoying. Would’ve rated five stars if they didn’t solicit their company at the very end of my stay.

Living in a cave

The place was a little dated and the pans were very dated. The sleeping arrangements for a party of eight can be a little tough as one of the bedrooms is open to the main livin area so waking up early is difficult because you wake up some of the party. The place was clean and the heated driveway and sidewalk were awesome. This odd thing about the accomodation is the lack of lighting. It’s lack of lighting was so poor, we would never rent this place again. It is so dark it got in the way of enjoying the property. The lighting is so bad it is hard to fix food, read or to perform normal daily activities. We are not picky guests and I have never given a bad review but this place is really, really dark. If you rent this place, bring flashlights, lanterns or some other form of lighting. It is actually rediculous on how poor the main living area lighting is.
