This laid-back, pet-friendly oceanfront home with private beach access, is the perfect place to unwind, kick off your shoes, and settle into an easygoing New Smyrna Beach vibe. Warm, wood-filled spaces and a wall of windows bring the outdoors in, giving the whole home a cozy, well-loved feel rather than anything fancy or formal. Multiple spacious decks stretch toward the shoreline, offering plenty of room to sunbathe, lounge, grill out, or gather around the firepit under the moonlit sky. A private pool adds to the relaxed, secluded atmosphere—ideal for cooling off after a day on the sand or simply enjoying a quiet morning float.

Inside, the home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a comfortable primary king suite with deck access and sweeping ocean views. Two additional queen bedrooms provide space for family and friends, while the ground-floor queen studio—located at pool level—with no interior steps connecting to upstairs-offers the perfect bit of separation with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and roomy living area. With amenities like a washer and dryer, parking for up to four cars, and plenty of beach gear ready for your use, Decked Out House on Hill Street delivers an easy, welcoming beach getaway where you can relax, reconnect, and savor the simple joys of coastal living.

We’re excited to have you stay with us and want everyone to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation! To help protect our home, our guests, and the surrounding neighborhood, we ask that you please review and follow these important guidelines.

Traveling With a Pet?

If you’re bringing a pet, please contact our Reservations Team within 24 hours of making your reservation. A non-refundable pet fee applies.

For the comfort and safety of everyone, we allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and each dog must weigh 30 lbs. or less. Please note that having more than 2 dogs on the property at any time or bringing a dog over the 30-lb. weight limit is not permitted and will result in eviction without a refund.

Guests & Vehicles

Our home has a maximum capacity of 8 guests and 4 vehicles.

This limit applies to everyone using the property at any time—not just guests who are staying overnight. If you’d like to have additional friends or family visit during your stay, please reach out to Property Management in advance for approval. We’re happy to work with you whenever possible.

Respecting the Neighborhood

Our home is located in a quiet, single-family residential neighborhood. We ask that you help us be considerate of our neighbors and keep the property peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

The home is monitored by 10 exterior security cameras for safety and liability purposes. The cameras are located outside the home and are intended to help protect our guests and the property.

Pool Safety

Your safety is very important to us! Pool safety guidelines are included with your check-in information and must be followed throughout your stay. Please take a moment to review them with everyone in your group.

For your safety and to help prevent damage to the pool equipment, please do not attempt to modify, adjust, or operate any pool settings, controls, or equipment. If you have any questions or concerns about the pool, please contact 386-478-7863 and we will be happy to assist you.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous redfish of Mosquito Lagoon.
