Perfect for us!

First, the owner, Roy, is amazing! He was attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating to our requests. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. The pool was fun and we enjoyed the music they played. The unit is close to Disney as well as shopping and restaurants. We found a cute winery/tasting room nearby that had the best charcuterie board ever! We would definitely rent again with Roy!!

Great spot close to all Disney Parks

Very nice condo in a great, gated complex. The pool was really nice and played awesome music (60's-80's mostly). The check in was easy and the host was very helpful! We would stay here again!

The host was welcoming and very responsive throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. However, the main issue we encountered was that the shower water did not get hot at all, which was inconvenient and should be addressed for future guests. Aside from this issue, the place was clean, well-maintained, and overall welcoming. Thank you for the stay

Great cozy place to stay

The place was nice and easy to find. It felt like a home away from home. Roy was very good about checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Very helpful. Would definitely go back if we go to Orlando area again.

Nice place for the money

The place was nice. Unfortunately I didn’t hear the warnings of the other people about the noise from the pool and at 9 AM on New Year’s Day blasted with music that you could hear throughout the house with the windows closed furniture isn’t very comfortable. The bed was fine.

Hi Tommy, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:We are glad you chose the home and we are sorry your stay was not what you expected. While we cannot control external factors like neighborhood noise, we’re sorry this impacted your stay. The furniture is less than 3 years old and we have never had complaints before and we even went above and beyond to have an air mattress delivered to the home for you because you requested a larger sleeping arrangement for your children. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Nice place and convenient to everything!

Cute decor, comfortable queen bed, all clean and up to date, nice view, screened balcony to sit and enjoy the breezes~ only complaint also noted by previous guests is at 75° preset, the bedroom is too warm for sleeping comfortably ~ and note 40 steps to get up to the unit if you get out of breathe climbing ~ would definitely stay here again. Roy is very quick to respond as needed ~ great!

Fine for a short stay

My wife and I enjoyed our time, but please know that there are minimal table settings (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) and the fact that we were told you couldn't turn the air conditioner down past 75 was not a pleasant surpise. It's FL and it gets hot, 75 degrees is not that cool when it's warm and humid outside. Pool was loud at times. Very nice place to stay overall.

Convenient Location

The property was conveniently located. The property owner was very help and accommodating with our late arrival. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. The only area of concern was the shower. The water did not get very hot, so showers were not very enjoyable. Also, the shower fixture looked to have been repaired but it still didn't seem to function correctly. Other than the shower the unit and grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Heather, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay overall but we're sorry you experienced an issue with the shower. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We wish you had reached out to the guest contact during your stay regarding the shower. We would've done everything we could to resolve the matter immediately so that you could enjoy your visit.- After investigating, we discovered that the previous guest adjusted the temperature of the water heater, causing the issue. We've rectified this by simply readjusting the temperature. We're pleased to share that the hot water is now functioning perfectly. We value your feedback and hope to continue offering a pleasant experience for future guests. Thank you for choosing our property.

Great!

This condo was great for our trip over Memorial Day weekend in 2022. It was our first trip to Florida. The location was great, with easy access to grocery, I4, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but we knew this when booking. Our 7-year-old slept on the couch/futon and thought it was comfortable. In-unit laundry was great. No complaints or issues. Roy was very helpful for check-in/out. We did not have any problems but knew he would be readily available if something came up.

Cute, clean but noisy

Perfect little apartment for one or a couple in a good location. Very much a rental and not someone’s home. Not even an extra shopping bag to be found. Has all you need but no extras like some VRBOs provide ( coffee, etc.). I wanted a quiet relaxing time but unfortunately this unit faces the pool and they play music from 9am to 10pm. This should be noted in the listing. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s a clean, cute, convenient location.

This is the cleanest rental that we’ve been to. The owner was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Everything we expected to be provided was there and more. The main pool is heated and just steps away, yes they play music, but we couldn’t hear it inside the room, and we never had issues finding a place to sit. There is a fitness center and game room next to the pool, again steps away. Close enough to Disney and all of the restaurants and shopping but far enough away that you can’t hear the noise. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator so you do get a bit of a work out moving in and out. The fan for the AC unit was a little loud but other than that the place is perfect. I would stay at this location again for my next Disney trip.
