Peaceful country stay for two

Our place is perfect for those wanting a peaceful, quiet country experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated in bohemian French country with chandeliers and the rustic interior of an 1800s barn. Our property is host to numerous bird species and wildlife.
Nature preserves, trail and gorge hiking, public swimming, and local wineries are minutes away from our convenient location.
Local attractions include downtown Ithaca, Cayuga Lake, Watkins Glen, Cornell and Ithaca Colleges.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights
1) Do NOT remove sheets from bed. 2) Leave used towels hung up or on the bench in bathroom. 3) Dirty dishes are to be washed, dried, and put away as found.
4) Turn off lights, fans, AC, heat turned to Lo. 5) Leave key on desk. Please let us know if anything breaks, is damaged, or is not working.
A lot of time, thought, and hard work went into creating our cottage. Please care for it with respect and consideration so we may continue to offer an our peaceful retreat for others to enjoy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove all body products ( sunscreen, lotions, make-up, etc) before using the bed. Only toilet paper is to be flushed due to septic system.
Please leave kitchen as found. Dishes, etc need to be washed, dried, and put away. House rules list are located on desk. Six-night maximum stay only.
Do not remove sheets from bed. Leave used towels hanging or on bench in bathroom. Turn off lights, A/C, heat when leaving. Leave key on desk.
