Indian Harbour Beach Club condo 404. Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your extra large private balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.

This unit comes with everything you need for your vacation. Free wireless internet, spectrum, with 3 flat screen televisions, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and much more. You can sleep 4 people comfortably, king bed in the master and 2 full beds in the guest room.

My husband and I purchased this condo 5 years ago. We had been staying in this complex for several years before purchasing. From our first stay we just loved the spaciousness of these condos. The beach is so quiet. You will never have to fight for a place on the sand or even at our pool. The views from the balcony can not be beat. It’s a great place to watch launches from Cape Canaveral. It is close to many great restaurants. You are approx. an hour from Disney and Universal. There is also a great zoo in Melbourne. This is a perfect place for families or couples looking for a fun but a peaceful get away.

This is flat out one of the best beachfront condos we’ve ever stayed in, period. With vacations and travel sports, we have stayed in many. This was the very best. Beach view was fantastic. Unit was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic location and a great parking space. On top of that, great people to deal with and also everyone in the building was incredibly nice. I honestly couldn’t think of anything that would need to be changed and I just hope that it’s available when we are down there next year.

Just what we needed!

We had a fabulous time on spring break and this little gem was just what we needed! Weather was perfect, condo was super nice and clean. It was decorated so nice and was up to date! Wonderful Stay!

We were looking to relax a few days on the east coast after a business trip to Orlando, this condo was a perfect spot! It's super close to the ocean, most of our time was on the deck watching and listening to the waves. Also fun to track the half dozen or so surfers out there! Condo was very nice, roomy for the two of us, had everything we needed. Grounds kept nice, clean oceanfront pool was great. Close to shopping and grocery. Hope we can stay again sometime!!!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, well decorated, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the beach items that were available for our use. The pool was clean and well maintained. The perfect place for a quiet vacation

This was the perfect condo for me, my husband and my 5 year old son. There was so much room and the condo was newly renovated. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. There were also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and plenty of toys for my son. There is not one thing I’d change.

Perfect - Place, Location, Everything!

We were in town for a wedding at Harbour House and the location of this condo was PERFECT! From the moment we walked in to the place, you could tell that the owners take great pride in it--it's updated, great decor and the sound of the waves on the balcony were amazing! We will surely look at returning to this place! While we didn't have any interaction with the property manager on site, (the homeowner was great at reaching out to see if we had arrived and if everything was ok) so I rated that as excellent as well! Thanks!

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation

Our family loved the condo and area. It was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The balcony views are spectacular with sunrises and we saw dolphins as the sun rose one morning as well. No fighting for space at the pool or on the beach. We brought a body board which I would suggest if you like the beach and waves. Great area for it! You could stay at the condo and never leave or you could explore the area as we did in Cocoa Beach, Universal Studios one day and the local restaurants had some of the best food! The BBQ on site was easy to use for those nights we stayed in. Parking and instructions were simple and easy to follow - hassle free. The condo is a great place to rest, enjoy and reset. I look forward to returning.

We booked this condo after our original condo cancelled on us 2 days prior to our vacation. This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The beach was so quiet and not packed at all. The condo was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for my daughter to use. We will definitely stay here again when/if we return to the area!
